This place is comfortable, very clean and incredibly well located. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. It would be good if they warn the clients that are going to Monaco that Ubers are not allowed in the principality and to plan other methods to get there and back. I know that this is not part of their job but it is priceless information.

I thought my room would have balcony but I’m pretty sure balcony access is only available for breakfast views

The property was in a great location! Very close to shopping,mall,restaurants & convenient store. The beach was a 10 min walk,very easy to navigate. The hotel was extremely clean. I highly recommend getting the breakfast. Fresh food & vast variety of items to choose from. The best part of my stay was the staff. I was traveling solo,most the staff was women which I preferred. They all were so accommodating friendly & nice. Ana helped me with many things. The staff really goes above & beyond. If you are having trouble with your phone just buy a $20 SIM card from the store across the street. I loved my stay at this property & would stay there again. Rooms are simple but clean & nice.

An excellent choice to explore the city. It’s located on the main shopping street very close to all major attractions and to the old town, where all restaurants etc are located. It’s also close to the train station. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had also a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices during high touristic season, regarding the amenities of the hotel.

We stayed at level 4 and on very rainy days it poured a little through the ceiling.

The location is just perfect: in the center of the city, very close for the tram which makes access to most popular places. the hotel team were excellent and the breakfast cheap and very rich!

I thought the bed was a bit short, and I am average height.

Well located, on the tram line and close to the train station. The wonderful staff was the highlight for me. From check in, Fadha and Soraia were lovely, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They made me and my mom feel very special!

Unfortunately one of the rooms was not ready by the check in time stated but it was compensated by the late check out of one of the rooms for free.

Location is just superb, the property is cleaned and fresh (as stated they were recently refurbished). The breakfast is just enough. Great value for money!

The staff were amazing especially Sierra. All staff were professional and were more than happy to meet our wishes. We were away for 2 days and they stored our luggage until we returned for one more night's accommodation. The hotel is in an ideal position 5 minutes walk to Nice-Ville station, and the tram goes past the hotel. Breakfast perfect!

I recommend the hotel management to visit the rooms and check the quality of the bathrooms. In the same way, the breakfast staff should know that their job is to take care of clients, serve breakfast, ensure food refills, take away dirty dishes and clean up. Unfortunately, every day I only saw their primary interest - mainly to check if the guest has paid the breakfast and ignore all their duties ☹️. It's a shame, it's the only downside to this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Nice-Ville train station. This is a very nicely designed hotel. The smiling receptionist with perfect English always pleased and made the day better. I appreciate the availability of good coffee and tea throughout the day. In the same way, the hotel takes care of clients, for example by offering beach towels, umbrellas or sunscreen. They also offer a good breakfast.
