The hotel is in a lovely old building with the quirkiest lift I've ever seen! The receptionist who greeted us with a big smile was so friendly and helpful directing us to the nearest parking and helping to take the cases up to our room. When we wanted to order a drink in the reception lobby she even rushed out to a sister hotel to gather some more drink options! The room was large and well furnished and the hotel was well situated just a few minutes walk from some very nice restaurants. Breakfast the next day was well laid out, attractive and plentiful.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is only a few hundred yards away. Use the elevator and walk over the overpass and down to the street where the hotel is located.

Very convenient location near the train station and restaurants. Our room was very quiet and had good a/c. The staff was very helpful and stored our luggage while we completed a bike tour.

The walls are very thin and therefore a very noisy place to stay. Kept awake until after 12am due to family in next room - and then banging of doors and showers from next door rooms extremely loud early in the morning. As it is directly on tram line they start at 6am too so not much sleep !

Low power of the hairdrier. Room not very large, convenient for a single person in a double room, might be a bit small for two persons.

The shower room was a bit grubby I.e the tiles didn't look as though they had been cleaned in the shower. The security lock on the bedroom door didn't work well, we eventually got it in but then took forever to get it out in the morning. Air conditioning unit would not stay on, everyday I tried it I couldn't get it to work and it was so late we didn't want to ask for help as my children were asleep already.

We stayed here last year and it was great arriving in the light but not great arriving at night after dark with young children as had to park away from hotel and walk on my own back which was a little scary on my own. The man on reception was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room had a large bed and sofa bed made up which were comfortable for overnight. The view out of the window was good.

Its an old building so there was some mould in the corners of the walls in our room and the smell was not great. For one night with open windows in summer it was bearable.

The location is very central, the two ladies at the reception very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and sheets. Small fridge in the room very handy. Dog friendly. Parking in the underground about 400m for free with a hotel ticket but had a bit of a problem upon exit (the ticket didnt work, needed help out there).

The cleaning was a little poor as the toilets were not clean and a strong smell of humidity in the bathroom…the first room we got was not even made, so we had to go down to tell them but they nicely gave an upgrade for the issue

The location was good but a little scary when you come at night. Staff were extremely sweet. Bedroom was nice with a nice bed coffee machine and boiler : highly appreciated!

I found it a bit expensive, everything was ok but still a bit old, more a 3-stars than a 4-stars

Perfect location, next to the station and close to city center. We parked on the street nearby, downloading an App to pay for the parking. Nice staff at reception, good breakfast. Charming building. Room size was ok for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Very clean, nice towels. Super comfy beds

The carpet had stains on it. The cover to the drain in the shower was loose. They lobby area was full of carts of towels or other things that needed to be put awy.

Breakfast was good. Great location right across from the train station. 5 minute walk from tourist info.
