We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was adequate, but the bathroom was small. The shower doors did not seal closed, so our bathroom floor got soaked. We had to mop up with towels so had soaking towels each day. The bathroom needed to be a wet room ideally due to its size.
Beautiful building a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Lots of good local restaurants, shops and facilities.

I liked the welcome for my children and myself. I like the atmosphere of the hotel at a whole. The room we chose was huge. I was sleeping on a pull out couch, but it felt as good as a regular bed. I loved the choices of breakfast.

Lovely historic hotel in centre of beautiful La Rochelle . Excellent staff - I would like to mention amber on reception who was very helpful. Comfy room , lovely garden and very good breakfast all added to the experience.
