Strange smell in the room (paint or solvent smell) Bathroom design(i think we got a room specially designed for invalid/old persons): shower was without any wall/glass, the water was leaking in all directions.

Restaurant evening meal a bit disappointing but maybe we didn’t choose well. Hotel quite hard to find.

There is no Hotel sign and it took us ages to find it. The parking was also confusing as the first part does not belong to the Hotel , again, poor signage.

As area has just been refurbished and hotel and adjacent properties are brand new, street was not yet in GPS, went round in circles!

Breakfast buffet excellent. Room excellent with great views over newly completely refurbished railway square. Double glazed windows! Easy to walk down into beautiful old town of Blois. Very secure car parking under hotel- small fee.

The staff were great - the beds fabulous- the food good - excellent value for money. It’s on a busy junction but the sound proofing was very good. Only reason it didn’t get excellent all the way through was the drinks availability in the room.

There is absolutely no signage outside the building to tell you it is a hotel. Very strange. Also the underground car park is again unmarked, add to this it's access being in a different street to the one you are directed to and you end up driving around the block a couple of times to find it.

The reception is literally at the front of the restaurant. It was not very easy to find. There is underground parking but a reservation is needed to ensure a spot (which I was not informed beforehand) The breakfast was mediocre. We arrived at least 45 mins before closing time, but already a lot of the items were not available and they said they would not be refilling them. Also the lady "cleaning" the tables basically pushed everything onto the chair and the floor.... And there is no mini fridge in the room

The location is perfect for those travelling by train. Right outside the SNCF station. It is just a short walk to the old city center. The staff is friendly. The room was basic but still comfortable.

It was very difficult to find even though we used TomTom and Google Maps. There are no obvious signs which was very frustrating, I eventually recognised the building from a Google picture I found. We also didn't like the plastic feel of the floor, and the fact that you cannot control the A/C. We also didn't like the fact that you couldn't use the TV or chromcast unless you entered personal information. The room had a kettle and coffee sachets but no sugar or milk, and only hard plastic cups. Bedside tables way too small, can't even fit a pair of open glasses. No reception desk which made it feel less like a hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was really very good and strong pressure. The room was v clean. Very good location too. Breakfast was good but nothing special about it. Private parking.

I barely have any complains, maybe adding news channel in English would be a nice touch.

The beds are quite comfortable and liked the fact that we had to pillows each, that was a nice tough as some other hotels with similar price range usually cheap out and only give you one. The buffet was okay, but I would recommend getting there early. The location overall is quite good, excellent if you need to go to the train station, and just 5-10 minutes away from the royal chateau and the city centre.

The air-conditioning was very disappointing. It could not cool room to outdoor temperature of 74. Indeed, we had to call a phone number, just to have in actived. Then it mysteriously was off when we awakened. The whole tedious AC ruined what was otherwise a great stay.

I found a bit odd that the air conditioning was centralised, but still it worked well, so no big deal.

Excellent price quality relation. Good parking for the car. Very convenient location within the city of Blois (10 minute walk from the Blois castle), which in turn is a gateway for the Loire Castles region. Nice breakfast.

Advertised in room team and coffee making facilities and provided a kettle and limited tea and coffee - but supplied no cups or mugs and no milk or sugar. Cleaners failed to refill shower and wash basin soap for 2 days! Advertised clean bed linen after 3 days but didn't supply.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Well located with on site parking. Great breakfast, wide selection and plenty of it. We used the restaurant once for an evening meal and it was very good.

A modern brand-new building with a spacy underground parking, a large reception and breakfast area on the ground floor. A quiet and convenient location: next to a train station and main roads (no street noise), but also within walking distance (10 min) from the royal palace (main tourist attraction), restaurants, river banks etc. Rooms are sufficiently large and comfortable.

Clean but bland. Not much of an experience. Pretty much everything is self service - checking in checking out etc so there’s little service apart from a smile. Upmarket Formula 1. Information about parking is in the small print and you need to contact the hotel prior to staying - parking is expensive. Overpriced for what you get.

Clean straightforward spacious facilities. Convenient for train and historical centre. Good breakfast.

The air con control was not working but perhaps the air con was centrally controlled? The night temperature was not too bad but we would have preferred independent control. No shaving/magnifying mirror Parking was fine once located but the access to it is from Rue Florimond de Beaune not from Rue Germaine Tillion (which is a one way street newly constructed for buses and taxis only). It would be helpful if this was made clear on the hotel's website and email conformations

Would have been nice to have carpet in the bedroom area. Wouldn’t serve drinks from the bar unless you were eating there.

Air conditioning great. Good size and good bathroom. Ample breakfast but better if you’re not the last ones there. Underground parking a bonus especially as it rained the morning we left.

We didn’t want to eat in the restaurant but couldn’t sit in to have a beer, we could have soft drinks or hot drinks but no wine or alcohol if we aren’t eating which we didn’t know until we tried, there are a couple of nice places nearby for a drink.

Really clean rooms, nice and big, it had air con but it couldn’t be changed to make it slightly cooler, it was a hot July. Staff were friendly and we paid extra for the underground parking which was fab. Lots of choice at breakfast and it kept being topped up so it was fresh but could do with more tables at busy times. Nice walk into the centre for restaurants and bars only 10 mins away.
