There was no breakfast served. The drainage in the bathroom was not that good. No fan in the bedroom. The lightning in the corridor kept blinking.

It would be nice if this property had provided soap and towels for guests.

If You are traveling during a very high season to Paris than You will come to the right place! It is a good alternative for money savers staying over a night or two. A very basic accommodation. If You are a bit spoiled by staying over for the same money in Italy, for instance, this wouldn’t please Your high expectations. I was ready for something very simple and useful and I got it. Internet, Thaler, shower, a friendly owner, - the electric kettle & the tea bag, - everything was Ok for this very night. Beauvais is a beautiful historical town there are lots of tourist attractions still to explore! Not expensive compared to Paris and not that far from it.

Pretty far from the centre and if you walk to the property in the evening you have to pass through a dark park that looks really dangerous (just take a taxi or bus)

Small toilet, a bit far from anything so if you arrive late there's not many options to buy any food

Room was up several flights of stairs, not a problem for us but maybe an issue for those that have reduced mobility. Door lock was noisy and we worried about disturbing others of an evening.

Comfortable and clean bed. Access to shower and kitchen. Use of fridge and cooking equipment. Able to come and go as we pleased. Host was friendly and helpful. 30 minute walk from Beauvais centre. The area, while residential, was pretty quiet. Local shop, bar, pizzeria within 10 minutes walk. Neighbourhood felt safe and friendly.

the owner of the facility has not returned my messages despite the fact that I have sent messages many times on the eve of the days, I never recommend it, and then the bathroom looks very dirty in the comments

• Very far from the airport • It seemed that everything around was dirty and smelled unpleasantly, as if in a dormitory • Very short bed and bed with stains, we didn't know if it was dirt/faded stains or the color of the bed • At night, quite often someone spoke in the corridor

• Quite a low price • Everything is automated, there is no need to communicate with people • We were provided with very detailed and caring information about housing, its location, and transport lines • The city and the way to the apartments are quite nice • There was everything you needed: a kitchen, an electric kettle, a toilet, a shower, etc.

Living with family who wakeup early talking loud. The flat smell. Heater doesn't work. It's say there is balcony but you can't use it. If I want to smoke I have to go downstairs from the forth floor with no left. Bad communication. If you ask for something they don't reply. Mattress not comfortable. They asked me to tidy the room after me for the next person that's mean bedding won't be washed

Was confused when to get in ,first time. , Asked neighbours for help to calling owner.that is floor 6 ,no lift.

price, double bed,privacy,can use kitchen,can keep windows open kettle inside room.. helpful friendly staff. He takes me in Beauvais and Paris with own car ,show nice turistic places ..

Not suitable for emergency situation (like missing your flight). Guest do not respond in booking hours. I had to book on other location For only 15% more is recomended an hostel in Beauvis (with much better location)...

Abit of a walk from train station and up a hill but other than that, it was perfect!

Great host and his housemate! I can't thank them enough for welcoming me to the home. The host carried my case up to his apartment which was very generous, he also made me feel very relaxed after a very busy day and this was a last minute booking due to me missing my flight...fault on train line! He drove me to the airport very early 5am and collected my friend for train station, I can't thank him enough for this! So merci beaucoup! The room was lovely quiet warm and comfortable and good value! Highly recommended
