Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaNo complaints from me. The room was small but not smaller than I was expecting. Would have loved a mini fridge in the room but it was fine without one.
Perfect location, right in the centre of Marseille city. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Honestly pretty quiet for the location (I read reviewS saying the opposite but honestly with the window closed it was not very noisy at all even on Friday and Saturday nights). Staff were friendly, check in was easy. I'd definitely stay again.

Czech RepublicI adree with other rewiews. Old and too soft mattress. Some problems in bathroom - leaking shower doors, too noisy water from the tap due to missing pearlmaker,.Too thin walls. The noise ftom outside is enourmous, on Saturday until 6 am, but based on lokation acceptable. I reccomended to use earplugs, then ok.
the hotel is perfectly placed, close to Metro and old port. The price was one of the lowest in those dates during olympic games. Hotel is fair for a short stay.

United StatesCertainly not the ritz. Our shower door was missing so water went everywhere, if you touched the metal mechanisms (besides the head and knob) of the shower while it was running it would BURN you!
The location is ideal, right next to the water. It was cheaper than the closest hostel too. The key policy made us really worried we would not be able to get back in at a late hour, but that never happened and being a young partying couple it ended up being convenient that you never had to worry about losing your key while out and about.
