We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Very good buffet breakfast at this hotel, with particularly good croissants & pains au chocolat. There is ample on-site parking, much of it under cover. A space had been kept back for us even though we hadn't booked it. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

We stayed for one night as a quick stopover on our way from Calais to Chamonix. The lady at reception was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. The room is basic but for the price it had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the centre of Beaune and has parking on site in a secure location.

Beautiful boutique style hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming. They were happy to assist with all requests. They also suggested points of interest to visit, including restaurant recommendations and making reservations for us. The rooms were so clean, with everything we required. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone and was good value for money. Car parking was available and easy. It was a great location for accessing the old town, only a few minutes walk.

Location fantastic, easy to locate from motorway, private secure parking, room had reserved parking space, outside patio/terrace. Drinks available,short walk to historic town centre. Comprehensive Continental breakfast. Fair sized room, private bathroom superb shower, very comfortable. Would definitely stay again, ideal stop off from Cote d' azure to Calais. Considering a longer stay to visit a vineyard.

Charming hotel and staff. The past reviews show that the official "2-star" rating is purely about the size of the hotel and facilities. This was better in all regards than some 4-star hotels. We drove Beaune for one night. This was a stopover on our way back to the UK. The first pleasant surprise was a large printout with our name behind one of the empty parking spaces. The manager spotted us driving through the courtyard and greeted us immediately. The courtyard itself is a very nice spot to relax with a drink. We had a family room, with another pleasant surprise; it had a separate bedroom for the kids and the doorway was surrounded by wisteria. Great buffet breakfast, including smoked salmon and soft boiled eggs. Lovely old town. We'll have to come back to the Beaune Hotel in the future to explore properly.

Stayed before, but improvements are continuing. Lovely, helpful staff. Helped even when I hadn’t booked an EV charger. Bedroom was comfortable. Sleep guaranteed. Near town centre and good restaurant, Beaune Heure.
