No restaurant on site except for breakfast and it was not staffed well on a few occasions. Bar floor was a hazardous place.

Carpet’s dirty in bedroom; felt like the rooms needed some updating. We booked 2 rooms, both with double beds but when we arrived only one room had a double bed, the other two singles. This was a little frustrating as we’d booked so far in advance. The staff were very nice but nothing could be done to resolve the situation.

Breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to things like insufficient cutlery etc all due to a large coach group eating more or less at the same time I think.

Loved the location. The hotel is incredibly clean and feels quite luxurious and our room (205) was large and beautiful with great toiletries. The pre reserved car parking worked a treat.

5th floor room, tired, lift old, over powering smell of Febreeze to mask a drain/ toilet smell. Attic room, so access to plugs by bed hidden. Noise could be an issue from loud singing and surrounding bars until 12-1am.

Not much.

Great location and super near to the shopping area, the weekend market and near enough to the beach. It’s centrally located but not near the noise and touristy things but still near enough. I like the spot of the hotel ! There is the open air terrace area on level 2/3 which is so nice. We had a bottle of wine in the afternoon and it’s windy and calming.

I stay here alot and it's always lovely to be greeted warmly by the staff every year. Beachclub staff went out of the way to find a spot for me and a very busy weekend The hotel is situated close to the Old Town - brilliant for markets, restaurants and close to the beach/Promenade.

Beach restaurant had terrible products and service. Lack of facilities ie no hand cream or basic cosmetics provided. No coffee machine. Room is set to a maximum temperature of only 22

Perfect location, just around the corner from the Promenade and a short stroll away from the Old Town and all the bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Didn't have breakfast; plenty of places to enjoy café and croissants. Easy to get there by tram from the airport, a 10-15 minute walk away from Jean Médecin.

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too hard for me as I like feathers and the pillows provided were more like foam rubber, not a criticism, just a matter of preference. I don't know if the pillows could be swapped. There were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe but we took our own so not a problem, however, I'm sure more could be provided if requested. One thing to note, is that due to its great location, there is quite a bit of noise at the weekend with people returning home from the bars at all hours. This didn't bother me at all but may be an issue for light sleepers - especially with the window open.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - just a few steps from the many bars and restaurants of the Old Town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was a reasonable size for two. We had two single beds and a make-up table with a chair. Kettle and tea/coffee and lots of power points, There was a TV and minibar which we didn't use so I can't comment on the channels or content. The rainfall shower was nice and warm and the bathroom had all the ameneties you would expect. We had a large window that opened up to the main street which provided a nice breeze if the air-con was off for the winter. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of hot and cold food, but the room is quite small so can get a bit tight for space during busy times. The staff are all super friendly and seem very happy to help with any questions or provide assistance.
