You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaFloors creaked loudly in places however wasn’t too much of a bother as once we knew where they were it was almost fun to step around them and see if we can walk around with creaking the floors, ha! Also no TV or digital tablet as mentioned in the included/featured facilities.
Gorgeous room with ornate details and antique furniture, very French. Surprisingly enjoyed using the bath with a hand held shower head, different but added to the old time experience & decor of the room. Toiletries provided were very thoughtful and high quality! Location was fantastic, close walking distance to the nearest underground parking, supermarket “monop”, fantastic restaurants/boulangeries/bouchons and the old town “Vieux Lyon”.

United StatesThe location is excellent. Close to so many restaurants and bus lines. 15-minute walk to Old Town. Also directly across the street is a playground for children. Toward the water appears to be a splash pad for children. Small grocery stores nearby. Quick walk from bus station. Hotel offers breakfast for around 20 euros. Very secure door system. Wonderful air conditioning which is not always easy to find.

The location in Lyon was fantastic - easy walking access to the old town, the basilica and Roman ruins. The room was large, comfortable & cool (important as it was 34 outside). The breakfast room was a delightful area and the food was excellent & plentiful.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The hotel has a beautiful old world charm, perfect if you want to disconnect from screens (no tv in rooms) and just relax in the comfort of the room in-between visiting Lyon. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and well worth doing at least once during your stay.
