While waiting for our car to pick us up on the last day..man at front desk came and ask when are we getting picked up like he had an urge for us to go instead of wait there so we left

the hotel was very convenient for a one night stop over travelling to Calais from France - we arrived in a motorhome and there was no space in the main car park but was able to park in the hotel car park opposite which was very convenient and is also run by the same people. we arrived around 10ish and KFC is next door to the hotel however can only order inside until 10pm and the drive through closes at 11pm. nice breakfast no hot food but a variety of cold options

The room was tired, the air con worked but made an awful noise. I stepped away from the hotel bar at about 8.30pm to get some food, came back at 9.30pm and everything had shut, reception and the bar! The vending machine was the only available facility on site.

Good points - Location. parking, staff, bar and lounge area. The one member of staff was very helpful and assisted me on reception and served me at the bar. He could not have done more to make my stay comfortable.

The bed was a little soft, didn’t like the plastic sheet on the mattress. Bars outside the door were rotted so we felt we couldn’t ventilate the room by leaving the door open for fear that our dogs could escape. The neighborhood is not very invigorating.

The breakfast was perfect and there was plenty of everything. The room was ideal for our needs with two small dogs. The proximity of restaurants is a big bonus.

We were room number 1, first room after reception...it was quite noisy with people arriving into the early hours. I guess that is the purpose of a hotel like this, they didn't seem to care or think about guests trying to sleep. Perhaps best for a room upstairs...

Perfect for an over night stop from Calais to the Alps. Car park big enough. Was expecting a code entry to check in as we arrived at 10.30 pm, but there was a pleasant young man on reception. Basic, clean room, as expected. Very comfortable large bed.

No downsides. Perfect roadside hotel.

Great value for money. Basic but comfortable and clean. No nonsense but new and well maintained room interiors. Service was for this style of hotels exceptionally warm and friendly :-)

Bit far from centre for us and not much around the immediate area. Bathroom very small and bedroom small. Towels and sheets not the best quality. Looked to be some unsavoury characters smoking by the entrance, these were other guests but as we had teenage daughters with us, it felt a little uneasy. Wasn't aware we would have to pay such a large damages deposit, was returned within 3 working days to bank though.

Comfy beds, very clean, free parking, no extra charge for pets, staff were lovely.

rooms really small too many beds in the room but we did request a room near to the car park and we did get what we asked for, so maybe this is all they had (not there fault) the major disappointment was the pubic hair on one of these beds.

staff was really nice and accommodated to our requests.

Very very small toilet and shower and the sink was in the bedroom... The lighting was not good bed side lamps shone across the room and you couldn't adjust them...

Easy check in, early bfast for onward travel.. A nice restaurant across the road.... Quiet altho it was central...

The hotel was a little tired and the bathroom a bit small, but for the money we paid, it was fine.

This hotel was convenient for a return to the Uk, after a ski trip. We booked about 15 mins before we arrived, easy check in via a machine, we then left early the next day and didn't see anyone else.
