Room was very small; view out the window was of a large tractor; the volet rattled throughout the night, waking me up repeatedly

shuttle was prompt to pick me up at the Vitolles train station - very easy! The service from your team was excellent - courteous, helpful and knowledgable. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of places to plug in phone etc.

The staff was wonderful and the property and rooms were funky and fun. Also they had a great buffet dinner available during the week which made things so much easier as a guest in an unfamiliar area.

Restaurant was closed on Sunday. They ordered at a partner restaurant with free delivery but was a bit pricey for fatty takeaway. Rooms were small but big comfy bed/crisp linen.

Couldn't get out of industrial estate as main gate was closed, didn't realise shuttle didn't start until 5am so no good for early morning flight

The hotel is difficult to find on gps; also confusing because it’s in a complex with commercial businesses. The room was too small to move around freely with big suitcases. The paint on the walls is too bright and the plywood meant for decor isn’t relaxing.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was so quiet despite being next to the airport. Excellent location to stay at if you have an early morning flight or if you arrived on a late flight and need sleep. Staff are available and friendly. Food is available for any meal.

We didn't sleep great - admittedly not the hotel's fault- but the room felt a bit claustrophobic My wife had a fall and, while the staff were helpful, all they had was a first aid pack. Not even an ice-pack..

The staff were lovely, attentive, and polite. They care about the customers. The hotel offers free shuttle service from and to the train station and the airport; we used both shuttles. The bed was super comfortable. There was no noise, and the curtains really made the room dark, just perfect for a great night's sleep. The breakfast is worth every penny; it's complete and tasty. It's open since 4:00 a.m. in the morning.

Poor guidance for how to call for a ride from the airport. Very small room. Would recommend specific instructions on how to call for the transport on booking. We’re advised to call, but person at desk spoke little English so we couldn’t understand how to get the transport. On a second call we spoke to someone who could speak English and we could understand the directions. This would be solved by giving directions on line.

The hotel is a little harder to find, but it's only a few minutes from the airport by car. The rooms are smaller but clean and sufficient for one night's stay. The equipment is no longer the latest, but sufficient. Definitely never try walking from the airport, it's seemingly a short walk, but it's a very dangerous journey over busy roads, rather unrealistic. Google maps pretends it is possible, but believe me it is not :-). Take advantage of the shuttle bus that the accommodation offers. They are very helpful.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They drove us from the airport where we returned the car to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. This transfer is free. We really liked the pool that was available in front of the hotel which was clean and we enjoyed it very much. We must also commend the very good breakfast including fresh juice. Overall I can recommend it for a one night stay after arrival or before departure.

There was no elevator, although only 1 floor to climb. The bar closes early. Toilet paper was only a quarter of a roll, meaning after the cleaning no one thought about that. No extra rolls at the bathroom.
