Couldn't get into to the hotel even with our code luckily a guy let us in and we managed to get into our room. WiFi wouldn't work at all which was very frustrating. Room was basic but clean.

Couldn't get into the place to start, but had to drive the car close to the gate for it to open, good secure parking.

More pillows would have been good and the bed was only made up for 1 person but otherwise very happy

We wrte allocated a disabled room on the 3rd floor which was spacious and ideal for us with 2 dogs. Although bed was comfortable giving us an excellent night's sleep we were woken just after 6am by a delivery lorry immediately below our window, which was a shame. Our stay included breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed setting us up for our journey that day. Staff were friendly and helpful and communication in advance of our arrival was excellent. We look forward to staying again.

The correspondence and instruction from the hotel for late arrivals. The lovely reception area. The room. The beds. The shower room. The fact that our dogs were welcomed and in with the price. No hidden extras! Lift access to all floors. The secure parking.

Travelling with a dog it is easiest to have a room on the ground floor, and on booking that is what we specified as a double room. This was acknowledged by e-mail ('no worries, have a nice day'). When we arrived we found had been allocated a double room on the third floor and the unhelpful woman on reception claimed to have no record of our request. It turned out that all the rooms on the ground floor were twin rooms, so they could not have complied with our request anyway, but this should have been made clear when we booked. This is incompetent administration by some clown. We have stayed here before and may do so again as it is very convenient, but they need to sort themselves out.

Reasonably comfortable for the price, convenient parking and adequate grassy areas for our dog. Nice helpful girl organising the usual excellent breakfast. Very useful having a microwave available in the lobby.

Wet room type shower which makes the bathroom all wet when you shower.

No food available in the evening but the receptionist was very helpful and directed us to local takeaways. Could have done with more than one pillow each but that's just personal preference.

Great modern hotel. Quick and easy check in, given a code for the room instead of a key/card. Lots of free parking outside. Dog friendly and no extra charges for the dogs. Good location for travelling through France.

Dog barking in early hours of morning, maybe people with pets should be staying on separate floor as a rule?

Location and security of parking. Good, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast at a bargain price. We bought two pizzas in the early evening, which were really excellent value. Lovely, friendly staff who deserve a special mention.

No hairdryer although not a real problem .

Took while to find ( my fault as put wrong B&B hôtel in ) but was very pleased when I got there . I was tired after driving from uk so it was a perfect stopover . It is on a very quiet business park so the room was exceptionally quiet , it is a new hôtel , very clean and very comfortable . The room was large too and the bed superb .
