The breakfast was poorer than expected. The hotel couldn't provide invoice for the company when checking out.

The breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory. I had to request for eggs (omlette) every day and when they were replenished in a pot in the food station, it was barely enough for two people. This resulted in a shortage of eggs and sometimes juice as well. We stayed there for 5 nights and it happened every day, without exception. Whenever we came, there was just no eggs. And there was no sunny side up eggs at all. Additionally, the forks were often unclean and I had to sift through several before finding one that was suitable for use. There was only one lady responsible for maintaining the food station, cleaning tables and washing dishes which seemed insufficient. Whenever I inquired about the availability of eggs, the lady appeared annoyed and offered minimal response, merely looking at the empty dishes. Rooms itself are newly renovated and very well cleaned every day. The only issue was for us that on one occasion, upon returning to our room from the city, we found it open. It turned out to have been left open by the cleaning lady since the door required force to close it (according to reception lady). Moreover, the hotel was under renovation and several workers were constantly moving around carrying tools, meters, paints, and other equipment which made the breakfast experience loud and distracting. In light of all these issues, I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

Room doesn't even have drinking glasses this should be basic even if they won't provide cups or no coffee since they have a kitchen.

Excellent value. Room was basic but clean, large and comfortable, with a great mini kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and although the location is quite far out, the Metro is a five or six minute walk away and travel to the centre was fast and easy and there were good eating options nearby as well as a supermarket a few minutes' walk away. For the price I really can't fault it.

A clean room with a comfortable bed and no noises from other rooms or from the inner court. The location is good, close to the Metro, and in spite of being in Seine Saint Denis, Saint Ouen is way more calm than some areas of Paris (XVIII...) I was pretty happy with the price, but it was some sort of offer.

Our double bed consisted from 2 mattreses - it was a little bit uncomfortable.

Great quality for a decent price. No luxury but everything one may need in a leisure trip can be found at the hotel. Comfortable bed, hot shower, clean towels, location 8 minutes from the metro station. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay to see Paris.

There is not much in the neighborhood. Beds are not comfortable. Kitchenette is not equipped. Some little basics would be nice.

Big rooms and spacious bathroom. Long desk, plenty of storage. Clean and has a little kitchenette. Less than 10min walk to the Metro station. Staff is friendly.
