We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I found this strange, because it was the first time this was asked to in an Hotel. I give them my visa Card , but I was not confortable with that because this kind of info critical. Can you make sure the delete all my personnal info from their database regarding the GDPR recommendation, this will avoid the exposition of my Visa Bank card to un-authorized charge. United KingdomNot really too much to dislike but we did wait a while in the queue to check in. Looked like one counter had an experienced staff member who was checking in his customers but also assisting what looked like either new or less experienced staff members on the other check in counter. Not that big of a deal in all honesty. No hotel key cards. We were given a code written on a piece of paper which you had to put into the keypad on your room door to gane entry into your room. Having a key card is my personal preference. Just easier and simpler.
The Hotel was clean and modern considering it was 3*. Shower worked fine. If I remember correctly, there is a USB port on one side of the bed incase you accidently only bring one adaptor wall plug. For the purpose of our visit, it was fine. Also, the 3 person bedroom was really big and spacious.

United KingdomThe area looked a bit dodgy. Walked out of the car park following a sign that said hotel and ended up locked in a fenced off external area. Had to climb through a window of a laundry room to get out. Could have been assaulted if someone had have walked in and thought I was trying to burgle the place. Not enough plug sockets. Needed one near the tv so I could plug my iPad in to stream onto the tv, which I was unable to do.

BelgiumI booked at the last moment for the Ireland Scotland RWC match. It is close to the Stade de France. It has very safe car parking. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Good breakfast the following morning.
