Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI wish they had bigger family rooms that could accommodate more than 3 people. It is a short walk from the Nice airport, but a little confusing.
The rooms were clean and new, and the lobby was nice for sitting or working during the day. Breakfast was inexpensive and good, half-price for children. The tram downtown was a couple minutes walk.

BulgariaThe rooms are not cleaned daily. The price could be an idea lower given the location and category of the hotel. We also don't like the requirement to provide credit/debit card details at check-in. In other accommodations, this is not hotel policy.

Great location - close to the airport, close to the tram and bus station. The staff was really nice and helpful - we came 1 hour before check in and they let me in to the room with my child. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Very good breakfasts - a lot of option, fresh and tasty.

NetherlandsOnly one english channel on the TV and the rooms and small and very basic. Its not that I didnt like the room, I just expected a little more for the price paid. Overall a lovely experience and place to stay for one night.
The staff were fantastic. Very accessible from the airport and food available 24/7 which was fantastic.

GermanyThe room is not clean, e.g., the table is not wiped, the bed sheet has stains on it, etc. The hand washing gel bottle is not inserted into the holder, so I had to install it by myself. Generally it does not look like a well-prepared room for new guests.

Good airport hotel at a very reasonable price. Walkable from terminal 1 (15 minutes), or from the Arenas tram stop (5 minutes). Clean and comfortable, no frills.

B&B is a great value for its locatio, near the airport and one tram stop away from the Nice St. Augustine train station. Because it's chain, B&B doesn't give you that homey experience of a locally owned place. The breakfast was filling and a decent selection of food.

United KingdomExtremely hard bed, fine for a night but couldn’t have done any more. The rooms were good sized but bathroom a little small and sink impractical.
We walked from the Grand Arénas tram station to the hotel. It was quick but it was dark and a lot of construction around. It felt a little eerie and a bit of a rough area. In the daytime it seemed much better. Overall a great location, good sized rooms. The check in guy was great, despite being the only one there at a busy time nothing was too much trouble and he was nice and friendly.

How close it is to all public transport and the airport. Close enough to go anywhere in the french riviera. Staff also super nice by letting us check in early hassle free.
