Cheaper hotels in France are often in "Zone Artisanale" - out-of-town shopping and light industry areas. This one was fine, with plenty of reasonable food outlets within easy walk. The room itself was OK - a bit like a motel room

Poor check-in; credit card reader did not work. Receptionist tried to charge us for another family with 2 children when I had shown her my confirmation.

the receptionist was very kind and welcoming Rooms are ok and fairly clean the only down point was a dirty towel but i used it for the floor and a dirty pillow case with black staines otherwise nothing major

Rooms looked and felt a bit tired.

Good location to main road and shopping centre. Also close to the Roscoff ferry terminal too. Plenty of good parking and great value for money.

It was very hot up in the mezzanine area. Toilet was kind of under the stairs. Fine for me but might be a struggle for larger people. No tea or coffee making in the room and the vending machine was expensive and give a rubbish coffee. Breakfast looked mediocre. We didn't buy breakfast. Instead we found a fabulous place just 2 minutes away. Recommend breakfast atTartine Et Chocolatine! Cheaper, more choice and wonderful friendly staff.

We used this hotel as a pit stop after our ferry ride from the UK (as did lots of other people off the same boat!) You can check in at any time using the electronic machine on the outside wall. Recommend doing this rather than trying to talk to the lady on reception who doesn't speak any English if you, like me, speak very little french :) Room was basic but comfortable. The kids loved the mezzanine area which has a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great!

Location for access to eating places. Good location for access to ferry point in Roscoff. No facilities for making tea/coffee in rooms.

- not clearly lit up and therefore slightly difficult to find - Wi-Fi signal was very weak and kept booting me out unless I am using it - no online check in

If you arrive at night the security gate to the car park is closed. You have to leave your car at the gate - not sure how safe it is - to get to the hotel door where you have to enter your booking reference on a computer screen and pay by credit card using the keypad. This then issues a receipt with a 6 digit code on which you can then use to get the car park gate open, and access your room door. Ours was on the ground floor and suffered from both noise from the nearby motorway, and noise internally as the rooms above soil pipe routed down the wall of the room and burst into life every time anybody flushes the loo above.

The location was ok. Easy to get to from the ferry port at Roscoff just 25 minutes away. Access available 24 hours. It’s basic. A bed an small bathroom. But if you want a simple reasonably cheap o/night stop then it serves a purpose.
