NetherlandsThe aircon is not that cool enough, so often I wake up due to almost no ventilation in the room, though it says it is at its maximum fan and cooling settings.
It is clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is next to the mall, Lillenium. Parking is at -3 and easy to get to the hotel itself.

NetherlandsI had a bizarre issue with a noise, like a banging on the wall, that could be heard all the time in the room, especially in the evening; staff confirmed it is unfortunately caused by cars driving on speedbumps in the parking; though they reassured me it would not happen at nights and disturb my sleep. Indeed I did not have any issues with that, but another guest may find it a bigger deal than I did. I am not a fan of open showers with a curtain, as one can't really avoid splashing water all around on the floor; also the WC is perhaps hang a little too high and was a little uncomfortable to sit on, to be honest. A few things could be improved too, I think: at breakfast there could be some fresh fruit; in the room there could be a fridge; finally I think a hair drier could be provided too. Breakfast is perhaps a little pricy, but I guess that is the standard more or less everywhere.
The Hotel looks fairly new. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning was done everyday and, in my opinion, well. Soundproofing between rooms seemed OK, I did not have issues sleeping at nights, also considering my room was facing the railway. The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast was good. There is plenty of parking on the same road and the nearest metro stop is a little walk away.

United KingdomApart from the shopping centre, there didn't seem to be much around the hotel however still easy to get to the metro.
Lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfy. All amenities available (hair dryer, towels and shampoo), We enjoyed playing the table football and the breakfast. An easy walk to the metro and only approximately 20 minutes to get to the centre of Lille. We parked on the side of the road which was free and only a few minutes to the hotel. Close to a nice little shopping centre (Lillenium) which we didn't manage to go to but looked very nice, modern and lots of shops. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Lille.
