ItalyNot very clean. The pictures are deceiving. Our shower and especially the showerhead had mold. The towels were old and thin. The breakfast was very bad and minimal, basically cold meat beans and yoghurt. Check out is 11, but the cleaning staff is very rude if you wait to check out till then. Started knocking on our door every ten minutes from 9:30 until we left.
The convenience of being close to the park and a free shuttle was great.

United KingdomThere was a smell in the corridor on the way to our room, some of the breakfast wasn’t great. We asked for a taxi to be booked as 2 of the DLP buses hadn’t turned up and when we could see the bus coming we were told we couldn’t cancel the taxi, we were also told to tell the driver of the bus to stop at the next hotel we were staying at by one of the reception staff and the driver told us no.
It was exactly what we needed for one night, clean & comfortable and had a shop & amusement room.

United KingdomThe free shuttle service to Disneyland was horrifying in the evening. During the day, it was simple enough to get on the bus and travel to the park, but later in the evening, it was absolutely awful and, frankly, quite terrifying at times. There is no queueing system in place, no staff member to control the situation, and it was complete carnage. People quite literally push and shove to get on without any consideration to others, especially children. Our family was separated on one occasion when my husband and son managed to get on, and my young daughter and I were pulled back by others. My daughter was frightened and became quite upset, as did other children. This is not a well thought out service. One shuttle service across five hotels is ridiculous. If you are coming out of Disney quite late in the evening, mentally prepare yourself for the shuttle as it is by far the worst part of such a lovely experience. Also, be aware that you will be accosted by male taxi drivers who continually tell you that the shuttle is full and that they can take you back to your hotel in five minutes, for a good price. There was a €15 charge, per day, to park our car - which had not been made clear to us upon booking. The room that we stayed in smelled like stagnant water. Neither the heating, not the air-conditioning in the room worked. The bathroom fan also did not work, and therefore, the smell of the stagnant water (and steam from any shower that we had) would not clear. Though it was advertised beforehand, I think it is really quite silly that there isn't a kettle in the room! Every hotel provides a kettle!!
The hotel was clean, and the staff, upon arrival, were friendly. The breakfast food was a decent variety of choice and included in the cost of the stay. The location was quiet and tranquil. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.

United KingdomThe pillows were a little uncomfortable in the room, despite the beds being lovely and comfy, a couple of pillows per person would be better. And the towels were a little on the small side.
The hotel was a perfect, cost friendly base for our stay in Paris. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was convenient and good quality. The room was conformable and clean. There was a shuttle bus to and from the Disney parks that ran frequently throughout the day.

Japan1. Breakfast There was a wide variety and I really enjoyed it, but it was disappointing that there were no egg dishes. (Maybe I just couldn't find any?) 2. Bathtub in the room The four-person room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub. (There was one that could hold a little hot water.) 3. Additional facilities in the room There were no amenities such as a kettle pot, toothbrushes, or a refrigerator.Please be aware of this.
I will comment on the assumption that I was staying in October, not during the peak holiday season. 1. Location I think this hotel is very suitable for visiting Disneyland. The shuttle bus departs and arrives at a normal frequency, so there was little waiting time.(You can also take a shuttle bus to the station and then a train to Paris city. The journey takes about an hour and a half.) 2. Room We stayed in a quadruple room with our family of four (two adults, two children). There was plenty of space for four people and it didn't feel cramped. 3. Parking We visited by car with our family, and the parking lot was spacious and easy to use. There is no roof. 4. Breakfast There was a wide variety of salads, bread, bacon, ham, cereal, yogurt, etc., which we enjoyed. Coffee and juice are also available. 5. Staff Before my stay, I inquired about how to use the parking lot, and they responded very promptly, which was very helpful. The check-in and check-out procedures were also very smooth. The staff at the breakfast venue also helped me with cleaning up after the meal.

GermanyBreakfast was terrible. Very few options, quality not good. Way too many people and the atmosphere of an airport hall. The same room was used for the bar in the evening which was not inviting at all. The bathroom was small and looked as if it belonged in a cheap youth hostel. Real impudence to charge (and charge so much) for luggage storage.
The room for four people had a good size. The beds were comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly. A small but smart thing: the hairdryer was in the room, not the bathroom. Good thing when four people share one bathroom.

United KingdomOnly issue I had was with the shuttle bus to Disney, instead of having one bus going round 4 or 5 hotels, I feel like each hotel could benefit from having their own bus as there was always people who couldn’t get on at the hotel or other hotels on the route having heard a few people say the had not been able to get on two previous buses so we’re waiting nearly an hour on a bus to get to the parks.
Breakfast was good value for money and had a great selection.

United KingdomThe room was noisy at night with lots of children running around the hotel until around 1am. The A/C didn't work in the room which meant we had to open the window, however, it backed onto a noisy courtyard. When we arrived, we couldn't find the shuttle bus to the hotel from Disney, and couldn't find clear help online. We ended up getting a taxi.
Check-in/out was quick and simple - arrived around 8pm for check-in and the staff were really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nice and we managed to get on the bus shuttle service at 9am for a park day. The room is modern and clean with a small bathroom, perfect for couples. Good facilities like vending machines with hot/cold drinks downstairs and an arcade. Ability to store luggage in a locker for the day at a charge - but this is now contactless so no change is required. When the lockers didn't work, there was an helpful engineer on hand.

United StatesThere was very little furniture for such a spacious room, and no room decoration (which, from my American perspective, was weird). Updating the room furniture and decor would do a LOT for this hotel. We were only provided with bath towels and one bathmat -- there were no hand towels or washcloths. Upon initial inspection, the room seemed pretty clean, but I found hair in my bed upon check in, and some sort of crumb of food in my bed after housekeeping services. The bathroom ventilation was lousy (towels stayed wet), and catching the free shuttle on the way back from the Disneyland area was bad enough that we just ordered an Uber.
The room was very large, especially by European standards, which was awesome, and the grounds and surrounding area were beautiful. The hotel staff at the front desk were fluent in English and very helpful. The included breakfast setup was good (although we were not allowed to take food back to our room for those who slept in), and we appreciated that there were full meals available late into the evening. The room was surprisingly quite! It was easy to catch the free shuttle to the Disneyland area.
