The reception staff were generally not very friendly. We interacted with four different gentlemen and a lady; while the lady was nice and friendly, the others were less so, especially the night staff. Additionally, the wifi was practically useless on the fifth floor, and we couldn't use it throughout our one-week stay. While we had a good data plan, this could be a significant issue for guests relying on wifi. They serve breakfast in room but the rooms are quite small, which is typical for Paris, making it uncomfortable to eat breakfast in the room. The breakfast room is also small, but arriving early meant we didn't have trouble finding a seat.

The room and shared amenities were sparkling clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring good quality food and friendly staff. This saved us a lot of time in the morning. They refilled everything very fast. The location is excellent, situated right beside a major train and metro station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation.

Noise from other guests wasn't isolated and banging of the doors at late hour was a little annoying. We had to wait during breakfast hour for restocking of items for quite some time.

Cleanliness and proximity to the center, very convenient location. The room was small but cozy and functional. Breakfast selection was very impressive in spite of the tiny size of the cafe - it had an option for everyone. It was delicious.

The location was convenient and close to the metro and railway station which was very convenient. There was not much activity in the neighbourhood in the evenings, it seems that people who were working during the day went home after work. The selection and quality of restaurants was poor. We had an excellent stay; the room on the sixth floor worked for a couple, even for a whole fortnight. Rooms with closed windows very quiet despite the busy street right at St Lazare Station. Very good wifi; good breakfast in a slightly cramped, but cute breakfast buffet room. Very nice staff.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Belle who took the extra mile to make us feel at home. The breakfast was good. Love the variety they had for milks, very considerate for lactose intolerant people like me. The location was unbeatable, the train station and metro just a stone throw’s away.

Poor breakfast. Mice in the cafe - they run from one place to another one while you enjoy breakfast. I just hope they don't eat food which is offered every morning... Extremely small rooms

Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location for walking to all parts of the city as well as proximity to public transport. Lots of options close by for little local restaurants including boulangeries and patisseries. Large and well known stores are also readily accessible.

The Room had all the facilities needed, a very comfortable and clean room. Not much space in the room, however, the space was used very efficiently especially since you will not spend most of your day in the room. Very good location, close to numerous train stations, close to a few restaurants, and a good view of the streets of Paris. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

Felt like the rooms weren’t sound proofed, I heard my neighbors and from the level above. The breakfast was minimal to say at most, the room was small and not a lot of choices. I ended up not eating there even though I already paid for it.

The rooms are ridiculously small but then again, we're not in Paris for the hotel rooms. And this is not unique to this hotel. We did find that you get better rooms if you book directly as opposed to using Booking.com.

Both the stairs and the elevator were quite narrow, it could easily get crowded. We've accepted that Paris is expensive, but for this price, the room was rather small, hard for two people to walk by the bed to get to the bathroom. The breakfast area (as confirmed by other comments) is small, and the tables as well, we felt crowded - but the hotel gives you the option to have your breakfast in the room. (we didn't try it, maybe next time). All in all, it was a good choice and would return for next trips.

The location is great (near st Lazare station), with many transport options (several lines of metro, train, bus etc). The area is safe and rather central, it's easy to reach several objectives on foot (e.g. the Opera, Orsay museum). The hotel had a nice feel. We had a room with a balcony, and a nice view of a square, the bed mattress was good, the bathroom was clean, we had a safe and a small wardrobe. We also had a nice breakfast every day, with good coffee and food options. The staff was very pleasant and helpful on every occasion.
