We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelMy only reserve is that the rooms are very outdated and for a spa hotel I did expect a newer and more designed room and bathroom.
We stayed only one night on our way to Dordogne. The area is beautiful and the hotel looks like a little village. Very warm welcome by the owner. As it was the last week before the hotel closed for the winter we were upgraded to a second floor with a small terrace. The rooms are large and comfortable. We ate diner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. All in all a very good experience

United KingdomI could have got there earlier and I could have boked for an extra night ! But apparently these things make me a bad father as it would have meant being a day late to collect my daughter from her "colony de vacance" further south.
Arrived after a long drive and quite late... Owner was there to welcome us and waved us into the car park and then into reception. He booked us a table at the hotel restaurant and then we were able to relax and take a shower after an 10h drive. The room had air conditioning and was set aside from the main accommodation block, it was very quiet. The restaurant was good quality and a sensible price and we were offered a locally sourced menu and wines. In the morning I booked a massage for my wife and I relaxed by the pool reading for a little in absolute tranquility. Sky was blue, sun was shining - I hid in the shadow of the tree's and listened to the sound of the wind.

A lovely friendly mini resort in a quiet setting surrounded by nature with a great on site restaurant, a lovely pool and amazing views. We loved walking in the surrounding landscape with its striking 'dolomite' rock features. The manager and staff were all amazing and helpful (and he has the most beautiful dog!)

Irelandthe owner is very difficult, tried to heavily over charge for breakfast and advertised pets were allowed but refused us and changed the booking.com listing between the time we booked and arrived. he allows he massive dog to roam the property and bother guests along with cats everywhere but he would not allow us to keep our two small dogs. very difficult person to deal with. the bathrooms smelled and were very dirty and the shower floor in one of our rooms was cracked. the property is in a lot of need of repair not worth the cost.
