The room was small with no tea / coffee facilities. You had to go down some stairs to get tea / coffee. Trying to get the suitcases down from your room on departure we were on the second floor. - no lift

Amazing experience. Hotel is located in the heart of this gorgeous city. Attention to the details. Modern. We enjoyed everything there. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant downstairs just excellent.

Our room did not have a wardrobe or any form of shelving to place things in or upon.

Perfect location, excellent food both mornings and evenings, extremely helpful staff overall a pleasant place to stay.

One very minor point - it would be good to be able to have breakfast before 8.00a.m., given the train times, however several of us who wanted something before/around 8.00a.m. were still very well looked after.

The location is excellent and all the staff were just wonderful. Joyous! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom good and the three courses of dinner in the restaurant were fine and and a great pleasure. I shall need to return.

only issue we had which wasn't really a problem to be honest was the shower it was low, my husband is 6'2 and couldnt fit under it (quite funny really)

Stayed here for 2 days, absolutely stunning place. Location is excellent right by river and in the centre of the old town and walk distance it all restaurants and lake. people / staff are very friendly and always helpful and food the drink was stunning deffo would return

I feel like not putting this down, as it’s a minor moan, no water, coffee, tea etc are supplied in room, we were told it’s all on the landing, a nice little drink station to be shared, nespresso machine, milk etc, 2 nespresso pods are in room on arrival, I thought this a really good idea as the rooms are small, however when our room was cleaned by housekeeping the pods weren’t replaced, neither was the station on the landing ever replenished while we were there, as it’s more a restaurant with rooms outside of restaurant hours there isn’t anywhere to get drinks. Housekeeping may have been distracted and didn’t return to our room though as clean towels were left in a haphazard pile on the bed and didn’t make it to the bathroom.

Fantastic location beside the river and just a short walk from the lake, the hotel is in a pedestrianised area, but the Sainte Catherine car park is just a few minutes walk. The whole hotel is immaculately clean, great bedding and towels, breakfast which is included in the rate was exceptional, all staff were very friendly and welcoming, I’d choose this hotel again.

We had a small room on the 5th floor with no elevator - but staff helped with our bags coming and going. The room was clean and comfortable but I had trouble keeping the water in the shower!

A fun location in the lively part of the old town, The staff was very helpful and they included a great breakfast- best on our trip!

Unbeatable location with wonderful ambience, right in the heart of the old town. Newly refurbished and comfortable rooms, with all modern amenities required for a short stay. Staff very helpful and kind. Excellent and freshly prepared breakfast.

No reception / sitting area for the hotel (had to go through the restaurant to get to the little hotel entrance). The room was nicely decorated but totally impractical! There is no wardrobe space / storage area at all (staying for three nights was tricky with leaving clothes in luggage etc.). We had to ask for a chair to put in the room for us to sit on (thanks to the extremely helpful member of staff!) Coffee and tea making equipment is outside the bedroom in the corridor that we share with other guests, with little cakes on offer but being uncovered in a little jar seemed not very hygienic.

Excellent location!! Excellent views from our bedroom (landmark and river views). Extremely polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was fabulous.

There should be a vanity (enlargement) mirror in the bathroom and bedroom slippers provided.

Perfect location: easy to reach from the train station and yet all the benefits of the beautiful old town. Exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly staff, at check in, during the evening dinner and during breakfast (the breakfast is a real treat). Our room was small but very comfortable and it was lovely to hear the river during the night. Good ideas protecting the environment. All in all wonderfully welcoming and if we return to Annecy we will certainly return to the hotel/restaurant.
