This hotel is in the heart of old town and our room had a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast very filling and the wait staff was so kind.

The room is a little cramped, though we knew that when we selected the basic room. There is no elevator, so you do have to walk up several flights of stairs if you're in the top rooms. This was fine for us but might be challenging for some guests, so make it known when booking if you need a room on a lower floor.

The location is excellent. We really enjoyed having a drink outside on the patio, next to the river. The room is simple but nice. The shower is excellent. The breakfast was pretty good.

It’s a tight fit. I could imagine traveling with another person could make the space difficult to manage after a day or two. Check in isn’t until 4pm and it’s a strict rule, which is quite late but you can drop your bags earlier.

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the city and not a bad walk from the station 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was quite lavish for being included in the price.

The shower in our room was so small and had no door. I tried to shower but the water flowed out the shower and into the room. The only way to avoid it was to hold the shower handle in my hand and try to shower at the same time. So small and frustrating.

We arrived just after dark and it was raining. My GPS somehow could not get me close to the hotel and I was super low on battery life. I did get through with a phone call, and I was told to go to the Sainte Clair parking garage. We'll, the GPS took me apparently to the end of the garage OPPOSITE the hotel and we had to walk in the rain with luggage. The next day we saw just how close the other entrance was to the hotel. They said I should have gotten an email telling me all this. I checked all of my emails and did not see an email with specific parking instructions. Oh well, all part of exploring Europe on our own in our 70's.

Clean comfortable room. Very attentive staff. Excellent Breakfast. Enjoyed dinner and drinks as well.

Our room was a little smaller than it seemed on the images & bathroom in particular was very small but didn't matter to us as we were out and about all the time.

The bedroom is tiny, tea and coffee facilities are outside in the hallway, the shower floods over the shower tray and runs into the main bedroom. The bathroom is small and it feels like your face is in the sink when sitting on the toilet. There are nowhere to place cases and they become a trip hazard on the floor of an already tiny room. We paid €270 for one night and we were disappointed with the room.

The staff were excellent, the location excellent, cleanliness excellent, breakfast exceptional. The bed was really comfortable. The accommodation is in the centre of town in an incredible location. The staff could not be more helpful

Wonderful location with canal view at the end of the street. Outside area was so welcoming for drinks. The breakfast was excellent. The room was newly renovated and a bit small but expected in a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful with bags and suggestions, very communicative about parking questions prior to arrival. We loved it!

No lift, we stayed in the top room….67 steps up, just as well my wife and I are fit!.However when it came to luggage, the staff did the heavy lifting…room was nice but getting into and out of the bed was a tight squeeze…no tea or coffee making in room, this should be a minimum.

Great location, fantastic restaurant, dined 2 out of 3 nights….great staff, air con worked well, was quiet.

Would stay there again. Loved location. Staff was friendly, professional. Unbelievably gorgeous, delicious breakfast to order. Went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies.
