We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe locaction just off the Autoroute at the foot of the Jura Mountain is wonderful. The Auberge itself is lovely, nice rooms, everything is clean and frest and the staff are so kind and generous. The restaurant serves an exceptional meny - this is worth a mentioning in Guide Michelin. We come back to this lovely place anytime

United KingdomI was disappointed that the curtains and bed covers weren’t there as shown in the photos therefore it didn’t have the character of the room. We were also only provided a sheet instead of a duvet so I had to use a blanket on top. I guess I should have asked. The single beds were very squeaky although reasonably comfortable.
I liked the size of the one bedroom apartment and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking with.

United KingdomNothing really, my only negative would be the food was expensive and if you wanted to eat to a more budget friendly choice I think you would have to go into the town.
The room was nice and big, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was big and had a lovely walk in shower. The owner was very helpful and friendly as well. The food in the restaurant was really nice and the breakfast was good and well stocked.

Auberge de Moulins was quite a surprise. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Dinner was excellent, quality food prepared and presented perfectly. The Auberge is about 4km south of Baume les Dames, if cycling to the Auberge you need to be very careful and avoid the D50 direct road as it is very narrow and has lots of traffic including many heavy trucks on it. A better way to go is to cross the bridge out of Baume Les Dames, take the EV6 bike route, cross the Le Cusancin river, take Rue des Pipes onto the D19e then the D331 to the Auberge, this is virtually traffic free.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and designer, the room was clean and very nice. If possible, I'll be back. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. The surroundings of the hotel are picturesque, I really liked it.

GermanyThe mattress of the big bed must have been seriously worn out. But fortunately, there was a second bed in the room. The hotel lies at a quite busy road and must be quite noisy in summer. In other seasons it's ok, since there are very good insulating windows and walls.
Breakfast was not included in the booking price for the night. But the breakfast was very good. The dinner in the restaurant was spectacular - worth the trip to the place!
