The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet. The gardens are lovely and a great place to relax. The restaurant is excellent and there is a very talented chef. There is private parking available for a reasonable fee.

We arrived on a Monday when the kitchen was closed (as were other restaurants in Ducey) but the "tray" meal we were offered turned out to be a three course collation including a hot, tasty duck casserole as the entree all served with a full wine list, excellent!

Communal areas (reception, hallways) could use a little updating.

Lovely staff and very nice room. Great food and drink, lovely garden by the river to sit in too. Secure parking available. Location away from main tourist areas, but still very close. Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed room. And once again - very friendly and welcoming staff.

The size of the bedroom and en-suite was very small and the decor rather drab.

Excellent evening meal and good breakfast. The ambience by the river Sélune was very attractive.

A warm welcome, Easy to book parking, the room was well presented with a very comfortable bed. Dinner was excellent! The dining staff were very helpful and efficient and the menu was inspired. The chef deserves a Michelin star! An exceptional family run hotel.

Difficult access during adjacent road reconstruction, we were notified of this to be fair. Restaurant was catering for fine-dining rather then cycling tourists, we went to an excellent small local crêperie.

Convenient location for our cycle trip on the Véloscenic route & comfortable room. Secure store for bikes with electric point for charging batteries, close to town centre amenities .

The hotel is situated next to the river Sélune and has a very pretty garden which you can enjoy. The owners and staff of the hotel are welcoming and very friendly. The room was spotless with a comfy bed and spacious shower. The restaurant of the hotel has an excellent chef and the food was delicious. Definitely can recommend dining there. The breakfast was equally very good. The hotel offers ample parking.

I didn’t like how deceiving the pictures from booking are. The actual rooms are smaller than in the pictures.

I liked the homey feeling that the accommodation had and how extremely friendly the staff is.

No safety hand rail in bath/shower. Although a relatively minor feature, it would be an appropriate precautionary feature.

The shower over the bath was not easily accessible and there was no rubber mat to aid grip and we did not feel too safe. Our family had a room with a good shower!

Good location handy to the road network and in the town. I was very pleased to have use of a good car park. Dinner excellent.
