Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaIntro to entry codes and garage hours was confusing. No wifi at all for first of 2 days. Needing wallet card to lock room from inside or to escape fire was odd.
Secure and clean rooms and beds.. Bicycle storage in garage or covered shelter. Breakfast was varied and good. Good place to meet other cyclists!

United KingdomNo lounge with sofas etc…(downstairs) so no possibility to chat with people really… Shower far too small No hooks anywhere even to hang up a towel!! No shelf in the bathroom - so for 2 people it‘s not nice at all - maybe they haven‘t finished the works…. Forgot ear plugs - would have been nice to have been given some - not expensive to do! Breakfast was ok but very basic - how about adding croissants? Quantity versus quality! Felt a bit like a prison/hospital - checking in is a bit awkward and could be more convivial!

BelgiumThe breakfast and rooms are very basic but you are warned already at the accommodation description so it shouldn't be a problem. We got the room for wheelchairs and so the shower was sharing floor with the rest of the bathroom (toilet, sink ...) so when we were having a shower, the whole bathroom was wet for a while, that would be the only negative point.
Location is easy, easy for travellers / car-travellers.
