We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFelt like a motel & was therefore quite noisy outside. Breakfast wasn't included and we thought it was pricey for what it was, so we opted not to have it. Only gave one coffee sachet and one milk sachet for a 2 night stay for 2 adults. I managed to ask for more from the cleaner in my broken French, which was fine.
Good location - 15-20 min walk to town. Aircon was great & the room was cosy. The cleaner was lovely as although we said we didn't need the room cleaned, she still cleaned & tidied it up for us. Garage to securely store motorbike (for extra charge) - would stay again for this reason.

United KingdomWhat a surprise. We unexpectedly had a suit, spacious bedroom, kitchen facilities, outside seating area. Swimming pool when warm and all within walking distance of city centre. As for breakfast this was excellent made particularly so by the extremely helpful young man on duty.

United KingdomLocation area..rough! Given info that there was secure parking?? told out side IF room or anywhere on road Cleanliness poor, very tired . Had coffee facilities but only one mug in room, but didn't feel we wanted to use as do upset with this hotel. Paper cups !, TV remote had battery cover missing, air con control filthy dirty... Asked reception if we could walk into Reims and was told 10 minutes, well I'm glad we googled it.. we drove. Found parking ' Cathedral car park, very secure would recommend. We slept, not very comfortably, showered as plug in bath didn't work and left... couldn't bear to even sample the breakfast which we had paid for. How it got the star rating I don't know.

United KingdomThe rooms are a little stuffy and the decor is old fashioned. I didn't realise the parking garage was a paid add-on, but they didn't charge me as I was unaware in advance.
The staff were exceptionally helpful with several questions I had before we arrived. They also dealt with our late arrival very smoothly.

Good size clean room - looked very smart and new. Availability of garage so safe and easy parking not a concern. Bright airy breakfast room and good breakfast choices. I chose this hotel because of the pool - sadly the weather was poor so we couldn't use it but it looked lovely. Friendly and helpful staff.
