We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHaving been greeted by our wonderful host, Maurice, we were then shown to our beautiful and immaculate room, where we had every amenity you could possibly ask for in a 5 star hotel, let alone a bed and breakfast. The breakfast the following morning was out of this world, with a choice that left you wanting for nothing in another beautiful room of this outstanding home. We would not hesitate to return, nor would we hesitate to recommend this stunning bed and breakfast. Thank you Maurice!

It would be worth a return visit to the Loire Valley simply to stay in this beautiful chambres d’hôtes again. The house is exquisite in every tasteful detail, with spacious, comfortable and superbly furnished rooms and its location on a delightful, quiet street in Chinon. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed, and the charm and helpfulness of Maurice tops everything off. Parking nearby is easy.

Maurice has a beautifully renovated b&b and runs it all by himself. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Throughout the halls it shows his attention to detail. The breakfast was more than amazing, situated on the lower floor sharing a large communal table with the other guests. He bakes pastries and fresh products daily and the options are endless. Maurice is super friendly and helpful, and very welcoming to dogs.

I forgot some toiletries and Maurice found us and brought them to me! That was huge and above the call of duty!

United StatesMaurice is a great host. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our room (Claude) was a "suite". A large room with comfortable bed, sitting area, desk and wardrobe. The room led into a spacious bathroom with a claw foot tub and large shower. Breakfast was exceptional. A choice of eggs, quiche, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, juices and a wide assortment of baked goods. The coissants were delecious. The location of the property was ideal- easy access to restaurants, shops, the Fortress Royal (highly recommend) and the river. Chinon is a beautiful Medieval Town and was a highlight of our trip.

Historical property renovated with care and excellent taste. Bedrooms tastefully combined modern comforts with character. Bed and bedding all of great quality and comfort. Ensuite was fabulous. Breakfast was spectacular too with lots of personal touches and home made goodies. Particularly liked everyone sitting round one large table. Maurice is an exceptional host who takes very special pride in his home and taking care of guests.

Maurice is an absolutely superb host, he has such an attention to detail which adds to the beautifully appointed rooms in his lovely house.
