Large and cosy bedroom. Very quiet. Large and very clean bathroom. I have appreciated the generous variety of bath products and the shaving cream. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is generous. It's a very good value for money. You can see the effort of making feel comfortable and well the customers. The owner is very kind and helpful. We asked how to reach the train station with public transport the next day and they gave us a lot of useful information.

The birds on the roof were a bit too loud, but thats not the fault of the place itself.

Very cozy place, lovely host. - the host quickly responds to the messages; - as soon as we arrived we were given water bottles ; - you can buy drinks and dinner if there is a need directly from the host; -there were necesities for showering (shower gell, shampoo, towels). -breakfast is ready at all times (but we had to leave for the early flight at 4 am, so we weren't hungry yet). -there is a terrace with chairs and a table so you can sit and relax; -also loved that you can change the position of the beds with a remote; -the town itself is very beautiful and peacefull; -the Paris Beauvais airport is within 14 minutes of walking distance. But the sounds of the planes weren't annoying. Also airport closes between 23:00 and 4:00.

10 minute walk from the airport, highly recommended if you have an early or late flight. We really loved it, it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Really homey, would stay here again.

The hosts here were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very beautiful and everything was in order. The bed was very comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful. We really enjoyed having a terrace where we could relax comfortably.

Everything was perfect, walked to the airport, the host was very friendly and breakfast with the other guests was nice. The common areas like the living room and the terrace are really enjoyable, there are some drinks available to buy on the property which can be handy.

These are all small things, you could live without: - I couldn't figure it out how to change the TV channel audio to English or add English subtitles.(after all this is in France, and I expected this, so it's ok) - After the breakfast, I didn't know what to do with the used bowl for cereals, like I couldn't find a dishwasher around.(I forgot to ask the host, so it's kinda my own fault) Something to keep in mind, the closest grocery store is around a 40 minutes walk. But this is not a deal breaker and it's not something the host could even change.

When I arrived the host greeted me, showed me around, explained how things work, leaded me to my room. 10/10 host, smiling, welcoming, and very very patient. The included breakfast was better than I expected, you are welcomed to serve yourself at any hour till 11am. I woke up at 4am, went to the living room, the table was set with all sort of goods, the available cabinets had cereals, a coffee machine, a microwave, bowls, cups, teas. In the fridge available for the breakfast, I found tea, orange juice, yogurts, jams. To be frankly, I enjoyed the breakfast in the quiet of the morning more than at any hotel. 10/10 for breakfast. The bathroom, it was clean, large, has a big mirror, the shower is pretty good and spacious. My room had a tv, great beds, I got a good night rest. As for the outside place, it is very beautiful, it is a calming place in Beauvais, close to the airport (around a 10 minute walk). Unfortunately I didn't have so much time to enjoy the living room, but it looks cozy and would definitely love to return.

The host stayed up, waiting for me till the middle of the night, because of my late flight. She welcomed me with a bottle of water and a smile. The place is cozy, clean, and close to the airport.

The bed were a little bit hard and uncomfortable. Although the place was very tidy and nice, it was uncomfortable to sleep in it. If the mattress were new and comfy, the stay would have been perfect.

The breakfast was really nice and the couple managing the place was really helpful and caring. They were friendly, offering interesting pieces of advices. Also the cat was very cute.

It took a while to find the house.

There are a lot of toys to play and our baby appreciated it very much. Also, there is a small playground outside. Breakfast was abundant and the staff was extra nice, providing food for a baby. The place is very original and is not a typical hotel or a typical BnB in any way. It is worth examining by itself.
