The location is probably the best thing. You're right there at the lake and a short 15 min walk to the old town. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, the bathroom is much bigger than what we were used to seeing in france so it was a nice surprise.

We booked to have breakfast in the room and were told on arrival not possible which was disappointing. Also came back from a walk to find room door propped open and no-one there, the cleaners were all chatting at reception but our belongings could have been stolen very easily.

Paid for car parking which was okay but not really secure. Restaurant was closed on first night which was a little disappointing and unexpected , however restaurants nearby . Lift was very small only room for 2 people plus luggage.

Not far from town centre, 15 minute beautiful walk by the lake. Great parking if you paid. Staff very friendly. Room lovely. A heated towel rail was a bonus after we got soaked in a thunderstorm.

The hotel is located a 25 to 30 minute walk away from the centre but very pleasant nonetheless through a park and along the waterfront. I don't think driving in Annecy is particularly easy

This was our 4th night stopover on our drive from Eurotunnel to Arles in the South of France. Hotel was a good family run establishment. Friendly & helpful staff. The adjacent ground level car park was good and the space we asked to reserve was there for us. The buffet breakfast was good too

It tended to be on the expensive side. 

The location about 15 minutes from the old town centre was perfect for us.

Prices at the beginning of the holiday season were higher, so vfm was lowered. All interior staircases and landings were painted in dark colours, so a bit gloomy.

This hotel was well positioned. Not in Annecy itself, which was very busy, but a pleasant, shaded, treelined walk along the lake side. I think the district was called Aubigny, where there was a little community of good shops and restaurants to meet our needs. Did not dine or breakfast in the hotel, but menu choices seemed good. Staff very helpful.

Rooms were rather small, the breakfast buffet was rather limited in the assortment of foods offered, though what was available was good.

Nice location: close to beach, bus stop (with weekend and night lines to downtown and Gare SNCF), restaurants and cafes, supermarket. Clean, comfy.

Breakfast buffet did not have many selections and was very basic. Bathroom only had a tub, no standing shower, which wastes a lot of water. Only one electrical outlet made charging our phones, etc., very inconvenient. No amenities in the bathroom such as moisturiser.

A bit far from the main touristic area, but reachable by foot within 10 mins.

Really nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was nice and smooth. Parking for the car is just around the corner. Clean and bright room, stylish interior.
