We loved our accommodation and our host was brilliant. We had to travel a little way to get dinner in the evening however. The restaurant was recommended to us by Sabine and it was excellent.

Very warm welcome in a super friendly place. The family is so nice! The garden is great, especially for kids, including a small pool. The area is very pretty with nice hikes along well-marked paths, but also close to Tours and Amboise. The family room was spacious and modern, very nice. Highly recommended!

Lovely room and an amazing setting. Huge garden with pool. Great breakfast. We had the PINSA meal when we arrived sitting on our terrace, chilling with local wine listening to the birdsong. Breakfast included eggs from the family chickens. Hosts very friendly. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Gorgeous setting with very friendly hosts. The family room was spacious and well equipped. Swimming pool was lovely, large and nice and warm. Breakfast was delicious and we even got to take the leftovers with us for the ferry. Would stay again.

This is a gem of a place. Made very welcome by the owners. Comfortable, beautiful surroundings and tasty breakfast. Owners had suggestions for evening meal. Went with take away pizza as didn’t want to drive far. Order took a while but really good and we had a swim while waiting. Pool was lovely. Definitely would use this location again.

a lovely 200 year old property - I was in a family room in a separate little building, charmingly decorated with plenty of heating. Owners very welcoming and chatty, they opened up their breakfast room so I could fix a sandwich from bits I’d bought en route. Really nice continental breakfast with homemade jam and plenty of orange juice and coffee. Very pleasant and well located for travellers as well as holiday-makers - also there is a pool and a lovely informal garden with interesting trees!

It is a 200 year old stone building and farm in a small village. Even though it’s 20 min away from Tours, the biggest city nearby, that was no problem at all, because you don’t get to stay in a place like this everytime. The atmosphere was really mood lifting. Our Hosts were super people, really helpful, maybe the best part of our stay was to get to chit chat with our host and learn about the France and Loire Valley. Thanks for the wine!!

Beautiful restful spot in the countryside for our overnight spot, but not too far from A28 motorway. Comfortable beds and accomodation with a pretty garden surrounded by fields and village to walk round. Pleasant and helpful host who provides a substantial continental breakfast.

Would have liked the village to offer a bit more...a boulangerie, cafe, tabac etc.

Sabine and Stephan were warm welcoming...great people. We were very grateful for Stephan's help managing the stairs to the loft room where we stayed. The room and bath were lovely and had a great fan to help deter the high heat. Their pool was perfect for a cool swim. The property is in a bucolic setting with chickens, dogs, cats, and a horse. Because we had a car it was a good base to tour the local gardens, vineyards and Chateaux. Sabine even packed a delicious snack of madeleines or other pastry to take along for the day's outing!
