We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumIt was written that at a certain point kids weren’t allowed in the spa area, although the little children weren’t to be seen, we had the misfortune of a teenager that did not respect the rules of not jumping or diving into the pool and the parents/grandparents didn’t stop him although it was visible that it disturbed all the people around it as water kept splashing. (Not ruining the stay but it was one thing that made it less enjoyable)
A really good hotel. If you are searching for a calm and relaxing hotel while your stay in Strasbourg, this hotel might be your choice. Awesome staff, comfortable beds, excellent food as the price proves the quality. I might add that a bathtub room makes your stay more relaxing.

United KingdomThe only thing we found a bit disappointing was the spa facilities were not accessible before 3pm on a weekday so a swim or sauna before exploring the city wasn't possible but it did not detract from the great stay we had at the hotel.
Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities. Public transport was easily accessible. Spa facilities were great and a nice space to relax.

BelgiumVery good hotel, with swimming pool and wellness are. The rooms are clean and spatious, with all comforts. Tram stop to the city centre is 5 minutes on foot. Both an open and closed parking lot are available. Highly recommended for short stays to visit Strasbourg.

IndiaBuffet breakfast not included in the price and was 17 euros per person which is a lot. Parking in hotel was for 12 euros a day. There are no restaurants near the hotel which makes it very inconvenient. We had dinner at the hotel one night and in one of the dishes, the berries had a small worm but the staff refused to acknowledge it. My daughter didn’t eat dinner at all. That was our diet and last dinner at the restaurant. The attitude of the staff at the hotel is not very courteous. One of them insisting on charging us for dinner inspite of blocking our credit card for incidentals. He argued with us and when his colleague checked they had blocked our card. He didn’t even apologise, rather rude behaviour.
Clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently location near the tram line which takes you in 15 mins to city centre. The spa at the hotel is must try and definitely worth the experience.

United KingdomBathroom a disaster. Main sink across between a draining board and a ski slope. Unhygienic and a peril if you dropped something in it. Not a fan of the deposit system. How about I charge you 200 euro when staying there and decide whether to give it back when I leave?
