Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very clean, fresh facilities and room. Free mini-bar and snacks are a bonus. Another great perk is the ability to use their sister properties throughout the city for a toilet break and a snack.

United KingdomThe room was small however very clean. It's perfect for a solo traveller but not so much for two people in one room. You may have to book an executive room if you're staying in a room with someone. Size does not put me off when you compare with what you get, would use again if needed.
The front desk reception staff were amazing, especially Anthony and another girl (I forgot her name), always smiling and willing to help with anything.loved the pool area and drinks facilities and also the snack bar in the room and in the restaurant area. Breakfast was delicious however the variety wasn't the same as Istanbul - Turkey 4 star hotels where I stayed last week. Also the lighting in the room is amazing! Nice and bright with different settings. Lovely and fresh new Towels!

overall, I liked everything. Great location, comfortable and large beds. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard, it was comfortable to sleep with the window open. Quite a varied breakfast. The staff is polite and tidy. Drinking water is updated every day (as is the entire mini-bar).

The staff is all positive and kind and supportive. After 24-hour flight, I dreamed only about a great spa and pool with hamam and early check-in The staff offered me a complimentary breakfast, organized an access into spa zone, and spent up cleaning my room as soon as her previous guesses left. in result I was able to check in at 11 am instead a normal 3pm. when you arrived at 9 am To hotel is a perfectly matched. The room is exactly what is photo and description. It seems that the hotel was recently renovated. A great breakfast with a variety of choices and cheeses with pastries.

GermanyMy experience was really above all expectations. The room was ready before 15:00, I’ve got the keys immediately. There‘s a free bar with snacks and drinks throughout the day (very much like the concept of „executive lounge“ a là Ritz or Hilton, except that they put it at hilarious pricing). In case of Astotel, it felt very friendly and welcoming, and was much appreciated! The cleaning service was great, free mini bar in the room filled with drinks, the spa and relaxation zone was amazing too, recently renovated and very comfortable. The stuff was super friendly without being clingy or annoying, sometimes you go to five star hotels and all you get is golden keys concierge who wouldn’t even greet you when you enter the lobby, but in Astra they’re really one step ahead of you with everything, and it feels natural. Also, they were one of not so many hotels in Paris who currently take booking without prepayment, and I appreciate the trust they put in their clients. I’m super happy with my experience and I will certainly come back. Best price & quality you could find in Paris. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated hotel. The lobby, the room and the bathroom, everything was clean, charming. Nice touch with a spacious bathroom! great great location, within few minutes walk from the Opera Garnier. Spa is in the basement, not big but not tiny, beautiful and relaxing. I would love to stay again when the budget allows, very highly recommended!
