It may be worth mentioning that there is a steep narrow staircase up to the apartment, then another up to the bedroom (and another up to the second bedroom - which we didn't use so not an issue for us). Carrying suitcases up wasn't easy but manageable for us in our 40s. For older people this would not be possible and I would be concerned due to the steepness and hard concrete/tile nature of them. If an older person or a child fell down them, it would end very badly.

Location was incredible. Lovely appointed apartment, with everything you could need. Comfortable bed and the use of a washing machine and drying rack after weeks of travelling was very welcome. Affordable parking nearby too.

Everything was perfect.

This is an amazing unique property and location with a view of the Arena right out of the window. The apartment was very modern, comfortable and well appointed with all the little finishing touches, and had everything we needed. They even provided soft robes! Coffee and tea, and welcome biscuits. The host provided a reduced rate parking pass for the nearby central parking garage. Wifi worked great.

This is a fantastic apartment right next to the Colosseum. It is fully equipped with absolutely everything that you might need for your stay. Clean and comfortable, it has an air-conditioner in the living room/kitchen and one in the bedroom. You are a flight of steps away from a little cafe and a few minutes walk to the rest of the olde town. There is a Utiles store less than 5 minutes away and a Monoprix approx 7 minutes away. The area is quiet at night. We would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Arles.

the bathroom was a bit small but clean although we didn’t mind, you should know that it’s 3 storeys and you have quite a good amount of stairs inside. Arles is full of narrow streets so if you have to drop your stuff by car it’s doable but not easy. Better walk from the parking that is 5-8 min on foot

Magical view on historic arena , super nice location . kindness of the owners ... everything you may need for feeling home is there .. The location was excellent. Check in easy. Excellent communication with the owner. Upstairs was very comfortable. Downstairs had no air-conditioning and was pretty unbearable. Owner explained rules/codes for renovation in that area, so understandable that what AC they were allowed to put in would be in sleeping areas. Very nicely furnished, washing machine, TV's etc. It doesn't seem possible that there is a better location for Arles than this one, or a more responsive owner.

The stairs. You had to climb a steep flight of stairs to enter the apartment and another steep flight of stairs to reach the bedroom. it was fine for myself and my husband however not not ideal if you had mobility issues.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. We did not meet Delphine however she was always contactable by email. She left bottled water in the fridge and some snacks on the table which was very thoughtful of her coupled with dressing gowns, umbrellas etc…too many items to list. There was a fan in the kitchen/lounge and an air conditioning unit and fan in the bedroom which was an added bonus. The apartment exceeded our expectations.
