We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceWe went there in August and there was no air conditioning to cool the room nut only one fan. I think because colmar is a winter destination. But there was a radiator to warm the room for winter.
The breakfast was the greatest I have ever had! The stuff was very kind and helpful. The garden was very beautiful. The room was good for 2 persons.

This is a pass through hotel. It’s on a busy road with a 15 minute walk to the town centre. That said, the bed was comfy, great shower and the staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Parking on site.

DenmarkThe room was a bit too small for a four night stay, it got somewhat cramped. When we booked it, we did not see or notice the size of the room.
The staff were very helpful, and the option to sit in the garden/terrace area behind the hotel and have something to eat or drink made the stay so much better - a lovely way to relax in the afternoon or evening.

The location, the staff and breakfast were all excellent and its a quiet location. It is a lovely little hotel with ample parking (including EV) and the breakfast room and bar are lovely. The room although a little small was nice and comfortable with modern facilities (tv, coffee machine)but lacking a comfy chair - again due to size. I would come back again as its good value and the location (10min walk) to the heart of Colmar is perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Having a beer in the garden was great. Free and easy parking. Nice welcome, good service. Fan in the room. We were there for just one night. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Everything worked fine. Colemar is a nice city and you will reach it by foot in about 15 minutes.

Warm welcome and very friendly staff. Great location with parking so that we could walk into Colmar in the evening (encouraged by locals on environmental grounds). Room was very comfortable with unique touches and decor, but the most compelling reason to stay here (other than it is Colmar) is for the hotel breakfast. Truly the Best in the World - croissants, fresh bread and fruit all as expected in France, but fresh tarts, multiple types of tea, jams, meat, cheese, gluten-free, olives, cereals, espresso machine... amazing. You may see photos online of this property, but it is far better than the images show so don't be put off.

Although the two rooms we had were very small, they were clean and comfortable. No a/c but a fan was provided. The staff were exceptional - friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible, local produce and plentiful - set us up for the day. Highly recommended for an overnight stay.
