Communication could have been a bit faster and smoother, especially concerning the deposit fee and the check-in. I only received information of the check-in a day before arriving. Nevertheless, the concierge is kind and helpful, and the check-in just requires codes and a key. I would strongly recommend a more detailed clarification of what property one is renting, as the images are confusing. I did not really know what kind of apartment I was to expect. I got the ground floor, by the street. Very little sunlight and warm space, but it is fine if you don't intend to spend much of your day there

Best things about this property: - very good location: close to two metro stations, quiet and safe neighbourhood. - self-contained: small but ideal for one person that won't stay in the apartment much. - deposit fee is paid back after a few days. - good contact while in Paris with the concierge.

The price of the studio was great, but it was a studio and whilst it had everything you could have wanted, one person was certainly okay for, maybe 2 people it would be getting crowded. However apart from it being small and there being perhaps too many cushions (!) it was fine, but the wardrobe hangers were so high that smaller people (under 5 foot 8 or 1m65 - might struggle to hang their clothes the rail was quite high.

Location is excellent - a short walk from teh Arc de Triomphe and very close to Monceau and other Metros and RER - Charles De Gaule Etoile a short walk away (as was the Champs Elysee). Nearby Brasseries and Bistros nade eating out pleasant too.

DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! RUDE - DEMANDING - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The property scams you out of taxes that don't exist (destination tax 14 euro ppnight + city tax 6 euro per person per night - both do not exist on any Paris / France official site - now removed. They also demand a damage deposit of 500 euro - which you are supposed to receive back WITHIN 14 days. Only got it back under this time through raising this with Booking.com. PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING - ground floor flat shows pic of upstairs flat. Pics also show linen and towels. Concierge stated this is not normally supplied and was supposed to feel grateful when they stated they would supply free of charge. Only received fitted sheets (one with piece cut out) and towels no flat sheets. if we wanted a flat sheet that was an extra charge. DID NOT COME WITH air con, outdoor play area, garden, clothes rack - (there was a small heated towel rack which would dry two hand towels), tumble dryer, dressing room, bath, video games, fan, ironing facilities - (iron yes, but no board), no common areas, garden. Coffee machine is there but need the correct pods - they don't supply any of this.

Central location within Paris. That was it.

I can't come up with anything I don't like.

The location is great, easy to get to main attractions and transit. The staff were always available digitally and followed up quickly if any issues arose. Our small bedside had everything we needed, quite comfortable... fridge, stove top, microwave, kettle. Easy to warm up a meal or make a coffee. The street vibe was excellent, lots of good restaurants close by, vendors quite helpful. We would highly recommend this spot .. Great value for money.

The premises were very clean and tidy I was very grateful that the staff paid attention to my request for a heater Reception , particularly Felix, was exceptional, he was a prompt communicator; he was able to answer all my questions prior, during and after the booking ! I am very disappointed. From the first day I start facing problem in this apartment. The address is incorrect. There is no heater in the apartment. If you ask for a heater. The staff did not respond properly. And she is very rude. And the door doesn't close properly. The lock is damaged. But the staff tells them to close the door. If not, they will call the police. They don't offer solutions. A day later she saw the door. Then she agreed to lock the door. And the staff are very rude. They don't even provide a dustbin bag or toilet paper. etc... Without looking at the apartment she started lying. No proper wifi . 😑 and electricity is not good I have stayed in this apartment for 7 days. Everyday I face problem. At least my deposit was not returned. When asked, she started lying again. If I ask for their boss number. She didn't give. One of the most mother**k apartments I've ever seen. Atleast they blocked my what's app number. When I ask for my deposit money Here I can't upload the video. For proff

We loved the accommodation and couldn't recommend it more! It was simply perfect. If you are looking for a welcoming and warm place to relax in a quieter area, this is the ideal place for you. The space was well decorated and felt like a home away from home, in the best way. It was very easy to get around the city via the nearby metro station and buses. They take you wherever you need to go, but the streets of Paris are also worth exploring and we walked for a few minutes to discover the Champs Elysees, the Seine and the whole Eiffel, La Madekejne...this really close by. In the neighborhood, there were plenty of local restaurants and bakeries for daily meals and cafes, and we can recommend venturing around the neighborhood to pick out some cool places to try. For dinner, we loved the Murillo restaurant or the one face of Metro Courcelles down the street. The boukevard de Courcelles’s bakery was ideal for morning pastries. There are also supermarket nearby. The accommodation was larger than expected in Paris and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine and Hi speed WiFi works Perfectly.

No contact arrival but instructions were very easy

Arrival was very easy, our host was very friendly and attentive to our needs, very beautiful accommodation, well furnished, comfortable near metro and perfectly located in a quite and trendy / chic Parisian area. Supermarket nearby and many fashion shops around at rue de Courcelles. I highly recommend.

BEWARE: Read the exclusions of fees from advertised price AND required deposit paid after booking non-refundable room AND scan further to House Rules to see they will keep your deposit for 14 days!! For a two night the fees add 13% more than advertised comparison price on Booking.com. The fine print also collected 500 euros deposit that they desire to keep after checkout for 14 days. Check in procedure is horrible! I was sent a video sent right before check-in via WhatsApp. When international, my phone data package is slow, and I couldn’t get Wi-Fi until I got into the room. I stayed in Paris last year via Booking.com and had none of these issues from another place’s rental. The check-in procedures should by written so one can translate or if video sent with plenty of advance notice to download the video clips. Overall, NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO RENT HERE!

The accommodation is not suitable for big family. Rooms are small, bathroom clean but small. The accommodation is very dusty and everything very very basic. Beds are not suitable for a relax sleep, We paid around EUR 260 for 1 night. Not worth it, but location great. Other disappointment was parking. On booking com i read about private parking but there was no such thing. Parking on the street for eur 60 for 1 day. That was also a disappointment. And last the payment of security deposit. After 14 days they didn't refund it even they promised it. I had to start a dispute with ICS Creditcard to get it back UPDATE 19/09/2023: Host is lying about damaging property. At the first place they didn't want to refund the security deposit because i damaged property. I was informed and also Booking.com was informed. At least that's what they say. That's not true. I wasn't informed and also Booking.com wasn't informed. There was no damage at all. I called Booking.com to ask about this. Later they began about using the towel and linen that wasn't free. They charged EUR 200 for this and gave back EUR 300 of the deposit. What an impostor! ICS is still busy to get my money back. I expect to get my EUR 200 back. Very happy about Booking.com; they helped me and understand my situation completely and dislike the handling of this host.

This is a lovely apartment in such a convenient area. Cafes, shops and grocery shops right on your doorstep step yet the apartment was quiet. Jerome was a super host so patiently available to answers on how the washing machine works etc. You can walk to all the wonderful attractions in Paris . I will come back here for sure.
