We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only issue was that the shower head fixture wouldn’t stay in position, and that the shower tray gathered water as it emptied too slowly. Minor points but it would have been a 10 otherwise.
Great breakfast, which we had on our second day. Wish we’d chosen to do that on our first day. Staff very friendly and efficient. Nice, quiet part of town, easy walk to ferry port. Tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

EthiopiaAnnoyingly, the hotel reception is closed between 11am and 4pm so you can't check in between those hours. We also didn't find the beds very comfortable and a larger person might struggle with the size of the shower.
This is a good basic hotel. The rooms were clean and we had a lovely view from our fourth floor room. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the location being perfect for shops and walking around the city. We found parking nearby after a little hunting, the carparks were very bust but we found street parking.

The property was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, including helping me to check in early as I arrived on a morning ferry. The room was lovely and spacious, and the location was ideal - only 15 minutes or so to the old town, 10 minutes to the port, and plenty of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. I greatly enjoyed my stay!

GreeceThe hotel is open until 11 o o’clock in the morning and from 16:00 in the afternoon! We wanted to leave our luggage after our arrival by train at 12:30 but the hotel was closed! We called but nobody answered!
Great location! Many shops, cafeterias and restaurants nearby! 15 minutes walk to get to intra muros! The receptionist was really friendly!

GuernseyI couldn't open the window but no big deal as I was able to turn down the radiator in the room when I realised it was getting too warm in there.
