We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location first of all is amazing- right on the water, fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The hotel itself is super cute and staff mainly very friendly. The room was very clean. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! Oh and the restaurant was really really tasty as well 😋

IrelandCorridor and stairway outside the room were very echoey which made the movement and conversations of other guests very loud when they were entering and leaving their rooms. (All quiet once they closed their doors however).
Crisp clean room, fantastic location directly on to the 2 km beach promenade, walkable distance to St Malo old town. Nice staff.

A great location to spend the last night of our holiday. The staff were courteous and nothing was too much of a problem. We decided to eat in their restaurant which overlooks the sea and whilst the food was a little more than we would normally pay for the taste of our meals were superb !. Breakfast the following morning was excellent and this is an ideal place to stay and would recommend this to anyone.

Italythe pics don't do justice to the place.. the view on the beach is worth the delta , be sure to book it ! the bar it's probably the nicest of all st.Malo both as quality of products and how it looks , the restaurant is one of the nicest in town ( be sure to book it too!) Be sure to rend bikes in advance because they have a lot of them but not enough for all clients. ST MALO it's a place of magic , the grand beach is beautifull and enjoying the sun set from your room or even better the bar is one of those things that makes life worth living!
