1. There is extensive renovation going on and will take a few months and this was not evident on the Booking.com platform. The renters requested that it be made more visible so Booking needs to ensure this happens. We were woken at 7.30am with loud banging from the builders. Also, some of the building materials constantly hit the wall in the wind which made sleep difficult. 2. Parking close by is very expensive: €40/day. 3. The bathroom is accessible through 1 guest room and the toilet is close to the front door (have to walk through the main bedroom from the guest room) with no wash basin so you have to walk all the way back to the bathroom. Not a good setup for people who do not know each other well and who require a lot of privacy. 3. The utensils are really old, stained and were not really clean. There was dust and grime around the sink. This place is part of a hotel group it seems so they should definitely upgrade it.

The instructions sent were very clear and the key easy to find. The apartment is very spacious and we were 3 adults. Nice decoration and furniture. Very comforable beds. Good wifi speed and you can sign in to your NetFlix or Disney account on the tv. Parking within easy reach though expensive. Metro close by with easy access to main train station, In a great neighbourhood close to restaurants, bars, museums , theaters, markets and Old Lyon.

Minor issue - several lightbulbs weren't working. And the apartment has an unusual layout, with the toilet at one end (with no hand basin) and the bathroom at the other, so if you're using the extra bed, you have to walk through the other person's sleeping area to get to the toilet or bathroom. Fine for us though.

Good communication with hosts, who sent clear instructions, with additional links to local info. Given the central location, it was very quiet. Public underground parking just across the street. Spacious, clean apartment. Lovely old building.

The interior courtyard was undergoing renovation and so the elevator was not working. To compound the problem, the arrival instructions did not mention escalier (staircase) A. I picked the wrong one, so I had to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs with my luggage before finding the apartment. The owners must have been aware of the work (which because of all the scaffolding made the interior very somber)

It’s spacious, well equipped and conveniently located next to place Bellecour.

Maybe nice if crockery is modernised a little. Shower (over bath) a little tricky to get into due to height of bath. Portable step is provided to assist. Lift stops between floors. On arrival go 3-4 higher level, so you’re going down half staircase, especially with large luggage. Exiting go down to 2-3 level. Note to self - pack less. 😆 Unlocking/locking door - apply gentle pressure against bottom of left door when turning key. Three turns required.

Location and spaciousness. Great to have ground coffee, filters and coffee machine. A few essential toiletries and toilet paper sufficient for length of stay. Washing machine, good size fridge, iron etc. All usual home items great. Lift almost to same level. Wooden floors. Lovely new cabinetry - inbuilt drawers/ shelves/wardrobe. Fold out bed in intermediate room easily stored away during our stay so room could be used for suitcases and washing airing rack. Lovely apartment.

The code to enter the apartment complex changed while we were there, and the owners of the complex apparently didn't tell our hosts, so we couldn't get back in one evening until a resident came back from walking his dog. I hope the owners have since made sure that they are informed whenever there's a password update because this is really the only thing that didn't work as hoped for.

The location was oustanding, and the apartment was very, very nice as well. It would have been preferable with airconditioning, but that's a minor quip

The bathtub was difficult to climb into and the stool and panel below the tub was dirty, black, and possibly moldy due water from the shower. A shower curtain could help but the panel was not pleasant looking.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, charming, and had all amenities, including coffee maker, washing machine, and fans. We loved the decor and location. It was great!

Only small things: the coffee machine didn’t quite work, providing some milk/cream will be great; also a shower curtain will prevent the water coming out. There was a little hiccups when picking up the key as it was not in the place it supposed to be. However, the office lady was very helpful in sorting thing out.

The location is great, the building and apartment itself is very spacious and stylish. Bed is very comfortable.

The water closet is far from the bathroom.

The flat is big and very conveniently located in the city centre, close to the metro station and many bus stops. Our daughter had a lot of fun in the beautiful playground just on Bellecour place.

There was nothing to dislike

I had a location in mind and this apartment met all my expectations. The apartment is situated in the 2nd Arrondissement between two rivers 2 mins walk and a 5min walk from the Ancient Quarter and the Modern Quarter. Local Park, Car park and Metro Station are right opposite the apartment.

Building under construction with massive dust. Windows covered with plastic. This is not disclosed in listing. Bath/shower very difficult to get in and out of and No shower curtain to prevent water from spilling on floor. This has caused very bad black mold to exist in the bathroom. Toilet on opposite side of unit from bathroom. Entry door lock is very difficult to use. Key jams in lock.

Owner is very responsive to problems. Location is close to Metro.

The layout is strange with the toilet off the kitchen and no sink for hand washing so you need to go the length of the apartment to wash your hands.
