I really would struggle to complain as it’s a lovely property- very well maintained in a great location. All I would say not wanting to sound negative is that the 2nd bedroom is up very small, steep narrow wooden stairs which were difficult getting up and down, a little dangerous. Not ideal for any elderly members or young children, it’s a very steep drop if your were to fall.

It may not suit anyone with disabilities, as we were on the 3rd floor up 54 stairs. That was not a problem for us.

Breakfast items were left for us which was perfectly adequate. There was everything we could possibly need . The apartment was very well thought out and equipped.

The bedroom had no windows but this wasn’t a huge issue.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with separate living room. Great location in the centre and lovely clean apartment. We appreciated the breakfast food available in the kitchen to have at our convenience. Lila’s communication was excellent and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Had to walk up two flights of stairs. But not a big problem. We liked how new everything seemed in the room.

Nice location. Very clean and new. Good bed. Well supplied for breakfast. Not too far from the train station and the old city. Lila is a great communicator and answered all of our questions. My wife and I would go back again.

The apartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a convenient location for both the new and old city. Lila was extremely helpful and obliging. She took a phone call to help us get Netflix on. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this apartment. Sonya

The stairs are very steep,and it is on the top floor.

Location was excellent ,just ten minutes taxi ride from the airport, a few minutes walk to carcasonne Square with lots of shops and restaurants, and twenty minute walk to the Old Town.

Beware the stairs if you have lots of baggage! Thankfully, Lila thought of this and placed us on the first floor.

Beautifully presented and clean. Comfortable beds, bathroom, and shower. Adequate reverse cycle heating. We enjoyed our continental breakfast thoroughly! Easy to get to, we were able to walk with our suitcases to the apartment in 30 minutes. Good bistros, dining & shopping options within 5-10 minutes walk. You can do an easy 1 hour walking tour of the 2 Gothic churches and across the river to Carcassone cité from the apartment. Lila is accommodating and welcoming. She helped us find a taxi and gave us some great advice about our stay and where to find what we needed, or wanted to see. Thank you!

Simply fabulous apartment in the heart of Carcassone but also a peaceful location Spotlessly clean and well equipped . We had to cut our trip short as we needed to go to Marseille but we would like to stay here again for a longer visit to Carcassone and the surrounding area
