We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe toilet is a bit noisy. Towels are black, but better if they were white so guests can see that they are really clean.
The apartment has everything you need, it is well equiped. There is also a heater in the room, so guests don’t have to worry if the apartment is going to be warm. It is comfortable and clean and also near metro station so you can easily get anywhere you want.

SloveniaVery nice apartment, like in the picture. Perfect for a few days off in Paris. It is a little bit outside of the centre. Host is very nice, very responsive and helpful. Clear instructions on the check in. Near are restaurants and also market. It is on the 4th floor for everyone with more luggage.

Lovely apartment, everything you could need for a short stay. Beds comfy, lovely and clean apartment. Located short metro ride away from city centre, easy to get to from the airport. The owners regularly in contact with you prior to your arrival and whilst there to make sure everything is fine. It is situated on the 4th floor but worth the walk up the stairs. Would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting paris.

A super comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. Although the building is a little old, the apartment itself is well equipped and modern. Hot shower!

The location is great, close to the metro station, close to market, close to restaurants and cafe, there is a great playground close to the metro station. The apartment is perfect for visiting the city, the bedroom is large, the kitchen and sitting area just enough, bathroom fully renovated, so it works perfect. We had everything we needed. (including shopping bags) The heater worked, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable. The cups were cute. iit is a lovely place and definitly thought towards the tourist.

There are everything you need, we felt like home. It was quite cold outside, and we used heater. It’s 4th floor without elevator, but it wasn’t so hard to climb as expected:) metro and shops are nearby, and strongly recommend to visit bakeries (boulangerie), the quality at almost any of them is much better then in supermarkets

New ZealandWifi wasnt working and a duvet was missing but this was addressed by the owner as soon as possible. still it was inconvenient. The fridge was full of stuff from previous tenants, one linen was dirty, cleaning can be done better. No curtain/blind in the living/kitchen to block the lights which are strong in the afternoon. Beds were not comfortable; the one in the bedroom makes noises. Smelly bathroom.
This little appartment has true potential to become a 10/10 with only little effort. The owner was very responsive and the building nice and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Partial view on Sacré Coeur. Washing machine excellent. Sorry my review isnt better

SpainIt’s a good value for money for our stay as family with 2 kids to enjoy Paris. The Appartement is a double room, clean, quite spacious with nice facilities. Although located in outskirt of Paris, subway and tram connection is good - around 30 minutes to Eiffel. There are markets, restaurants and bakery nearby. The host is always available for communication. We recommend this place for sure. The only minus thing is no elevator in this 4. floor apartment, so not a handicap friendly.
