Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Serbia- Looks better than on pictures - Clean - Has everything that you need - Nice balcony - Parking spot just for you - You can go to bakery by foot, center is a 5 minute drive and you can park at the supermarket parking, I think it is 2€/hr. There are always some spots available - The other beach we have found is a 10 minute drive - The pool looks nice but we didn't have time to use it - It is quiet

We had a very comfortable holiday. It's a small holiday home and has everything you might need in it: dishwasher, washing machine, iron, big TV etc. The kitchen is very useful. The refrigerator is not mini and is quite adequate for a family of 4. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Check-in check-out is very easy. Carrefour and lidl are very close, 3-4 minutes by car. The location is very good, you can discover a different city or beach every day from Nice to Saint Tropez. Sainte Maxime is also a very cute place with all kinds of possibilities, you can have a great time there when you don't want to go away. Also, the pool is very useful and comfortable, your neighbors are nice and calm people. Let me also mention that the house is in a site that is entered with a password and has a parking lot. The hosts are always supportive, friendly, ready to communicate and help. We felt lucky to have discovered this house and to be a guest at Fabienne&Hervé.

SpainTo arrives there without a car it's the greatest mistake. Everything its far, very few bus. No taxi available to call. NO UBER Around. 2-3 kms walking to the nearest market.
