I wish the rooms had more storage to organize our things

Everyone at the Vacancéole aot were very nice, very friendly and always ready to help. We asked to be next to our friend´s apt and they made it happened. Something was broken in our room when we arrived and someone quickly came to fix it.

Kitchen was very small but well equipped and even had a small dishwasher. Private parking + garage.

The rooms are a bit outdated with somehow uncomfortable beds. For the price we paid I was expecting the apartments to be a bit more comfortable and modern.

i do not know their prices in "normal" or high season-- im sure its a lot alot higher.. i do think , they could upgrade the carpet and such . no housekeeping at all during teh week i do not like having to clean on my vacation, so empty trsh, strip beds. i mean im not a housekeeper! clean dishes before departure or be charged the apartments should be cleaned during a stay as part of price . the decor needs to be upgraded! but other than that and again i imagine prices will rocket in high season, perhaps owners should do a little upgrading and more service based for customers ---

i booked this based on price off season between summer and ski season never been in this are before loved it! love the lake, the chalets can only imagine it in high season this property is right at base of ski slopes, quiet lovely town - underground parking front desk so nice and accomodating and helpful

The internet connection was not good, so it is not ideal if you need it to work.

Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious, and you have all the facilities nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie...

Typical French aparthotel... 'Make your own bed and clean up after you or we charge you'. I booked this place as it was billed as hotel, as I came for work, so don't expect to be doing my house chores... I do that enough at home. WIFI is just awful. But it's like that in all of Font Romeu.

I came for work and out of the ski season, so it was very quiet. I did like that they had secure underground parking.

We were tasked to clean up the place and take the towels, sheets, and trash out to different floors on our way out. We arrived at night and the parking was a bit confusing to find. They wanted to charge us 200 EUR at the check-in in concept of warranty/caution. The reception times are a bit restrictive (8am > 7pm I think) if you stay for few days and leave the apartment early.

The kitchen in the room could have been better equipped.. only one tiny glass, no kitchen towel and no deep dishes. The whole complex was quite empty but they put everyone in one corner so we had neighbours making noise on all sides and we have a small baby so would have preferred it quieter in the evening…

The room was very comfy with heating and carpet. The staff was very friendly and free parking great. Very close to the nearest ski Piste and also not far to Font Romeu and the other pistes and towns around.

Excellent location and facilities for a ski getaway. restaurants and supermarket nearby. Short drive to ski stations. Great choice! Would definitely repeat.

The breakfast is not good,very limited options and charge you 9 euros which is not that expensive if the food they serve is a little better quality,i dont know maybe add fruits options atleast.

I like that it is a 5 minutes walk to go ski,They also have an indoor playground for the kids which is nice.Frontdesk staff are nice.
