We really could not find fault!

The property was bright, modern, clean and in a safe location. Everything was supplied that was needed for our stay. Our host was really helpful in helping us find places to eat & to visit! The location was perfect for exploring the city of Bordeaux… we would stay again!

A clean and tidy apartment. It is centrally located to all attractions: places of interest, restaurants, shops, bakeries and grocery shops. It has airconditioning which is a big plus during hot months. The hosts are very friendly and great for information and quick to respond. 100% recommend!

The location is really central. Most major tourist spots are within 10 min walk and there are tons of shops and good restaurants around. Oli and Tiane were very nice. They also provided some staple food items. While the location is central, it's very quiet at night. I was able to have some good rest there. The place was super clean as well.

Thé property is centrally located in the old city, close to tramway, supermarket and bakery. its very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. the check in was smooth and Oli full of information about Bordeaux. I highly recommend this place, we had a great time in Bordeaux, the city is vibrant and beautiful. Merci Oli et Tiane

This wonderful apartment is the perfect choice, offering an extremely well presented property in a great location. The apartment is situated within a period building in a lovely and convenient location in the centre of Bordeaux. My wife and I were delighted with the decor and cleanliness of the property, the apartment offers everything you need (and more) to enjoy a premium stay while experiencing the delights of this fabulous city. Oli et Tiane are wonderful hosts, they were extremely helpful , friendly and flexible to accommodate our needs. On arrival we were given a full tour and introduction to the fabulous property which included priceless local knowledge of where to go and what to see in order to maximise the benefit of the visit. This experience coupled with the tremendous value and quality of the apartment presents a combination which will be extremely hard to beat. 10/10 excellent, thoroughly recommend.

We are seniors so at first the stairs down to toilet (the rest of the apartment was on one level) were a concern. But we quickly adapted and it wasn't a problem.

Oli was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful by providing a map and other useful information to make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. Fully equipped apartment and close to parking. Easy walking distance to all areas and Tram access. The building is quite old but the apartment is very modern. Waking up to church bells and picking up our croissants at the Boulangerie across the street was a treat.

Only one very small thing, had no iron but plenty of hanging space.

The apartment is right in the centre of town, on a beautiful road leading straight into all the outdoor pavement cafes, restaurants and bars. We were able to wall around the whole city from this location although you are on the doorstep for buses and trams if you require them. Oli, your host, is excellent and gives you a map explaining all the major sites and how to get to them. The apartment is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The period features are beautiful and it has every modern convenience. I would highly recommend the apartment and your host.

It was all good

Well appointed kitchen, very well stocked. Large bed, very comfortable and air conditioning much appreciated in the bedroom. Great location in the middle of the action and the windows were great to block out noise for peaceful sleep. Hosts very attentive and knowledgeable. We stayed for 12 nights!

Nothing! Our stay was great. There are a few homeless people that like to hang out in the area, but they never bothered us and I think its something that happens in large cities.

Our stay was at Oli's apartment was amazing. First off Oli is amazing! He greeted us at the apparent, gave us a tour and told us all about the city with a map. The apartment is located in old town Bordeaux and close to sites. It was spacious, comfortable and had beautiful views. Oli helped us plan ahead for parking, because as you know parking is hard to find in France. The parking garage was super close, and very excessible for when we needed our car. The bakery across the street was delicious! And there are lots of restaurants when in a few blocks to eat at. They do close early (might be the time of year we were there) so plan accordingly.

Olie was very helpful and the apartment was really lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to family or friends when they are visiting Bordeaux . We also liked his paintings and that gave the place an extra interest. Location was great so close to tram and city center.

Everything was perfect, Oli was a great host and very flexible with our arrival and departures times. The apt is in a very central location with everything a short walk or tram journey.
