So charming, clean and a wonderful location. We loved opening the windows and hearing the sounds of the street and church bells drift up. Oli and Tiane were fantastic hosts, welcomed us so warmly and gave us a little tour of the neighbourhood and great recommendations for activities and some terrific eating experiences. We could not have been happier with our stay at L’Appart D’Oli et Tiane and our Bordeaux experience.

The hosts - Oli and Tiane were awesome. They took the effort to share the places to visit so that our time spent at Bordeaux will be fruitful. The accommodation is at a superb location. I am going to miss the yummy pastries from the bakery just opposite the accommodation.

The location was fantastic, lots of cafes, restaurants & shops! We were able to walk everywhere. It's definitely the place to stay. The hosts Olie & Tiane were fabulous, so knowledgeable about their city, made us feel at home, we can not speak highly enough about them.

The location close to the tram stop from the airport was a 1-2 min walk which was perfect. The apartment was full of charm and character and in a quiet location which was remarkable when you could hear the bell of the tram in the next street. No city traffic sounds and sirens made this stay a real pleasure and the explanation by Oli and Tiane (on arrival) of the local area was perfect. The apartment had everything that one could want and there was a convenience store close by for any groceries that you would need. If we return to Bordeaux we will definitely stay here again as every thing that we wanted was within walking distance and we were actually surprised by how little we needed to use the public transport.

Oli and Tiane were very prompt and helpful in their communications before we arrived. They met us at the door right as we got there. The apartment was very cute and very comfortable. Loved the street view. They graciously provided yogurt, milk, butter, cereals, coffee and tea. And a bottle of Bordeaux wine! Oli provided a map and took the time to point out various sights and restaurants, which we took advantage of during our stay. Both of them were so nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay there, again!

This is not an easy location to find at night in a pouring rain. Oli was helpful to direct us to the property and offload the luggage before finding the car park just a block away. Oli doesn’t accept credit cards and a walk to the ATM was necessary before calling it a night.

This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment right in the center of Bordeaux. Oli went out of his way to help us upstairs with the luggage and then explain where we were in city. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Beautifully decorated, every possible requirement thought of, great wifi, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, great towels, location in centre of historic Bordeaux. Boulangerie and many restaurants close by. Safe Parking about 100m away in multi story car park.

Lovely comfortable apartment in the Saint Paul district. Location is superb conveniently set close to cafés, restaurants, wine bars as well as places of historical interest such as Grosse Cloche & Aquitaine Museum and a 1 min walk from tram stop. Also not much more than a 5 min walk from the riverfront or the vast array of shopping. Area has a nice vibe with locals going about their business mixed with tourists blending in without being as noticeable as the areas of the city further north. The apartment itself has all you need to relax after a busy day out and about. We hardly needed to use the air conditioning late Aug/early Sept but it's there if you need it. Window shutters keep you cool and a bit of daytime street noise from the café (Carmel) just below was pleasant when the shutters were opened. Great cafe with lovely food and lovely staff btw. No noise at night as nightlife is a number of blocks away. Good comfortable and firm bed, refreshing shower and well equipped kitchen which even encouraged us to cook one evening from our trip to the market. The area south of the City near the market was not so good just like many cities have a less desirable part (but ok and safe enough I think) but otherwise Bordeaux is a magnificent place to visit with stunning architecture and very friendly people. Oli took time out to tell us about the apt and his City, making many recommendations and his pride and enthusiasm for Bordeaux is clearly evident. Greatly appreciated and a really good start to our stay. Thanks Oli. We'll be back to do the things we didn't have time to do.
