Nothing to use to sweep or vacuum the floor. Cleaning the room is an extra charge. Poor internet connection. Some staff are very nice, friendly and helpful but the others were like unfriendly robots .

The wifi wasn't functioning in our first room & was erratic in the second room we were transferred to owing to the lack of wifi. The kitchen was very limited in equipment. No bedside tables but plenty of room for something to put books or devices on next to the bed.

Bed sheets changing costs extra, which is fair enough, but it meant I could not change my sheets for a week which was slightly annoying. Not a big deal.

Room was plenty spacious, considering how well connection via bus and metro 10 mins away to Paris Central it was well valued, room was perfectly clean, all facilities working, grocery shop and pharmacy next door. Cleaning was extra but if you are not a dirty person it's easy to live for a week without needing cleaning. Paid for the late check out because we loved it so much!

Parking garage was very tight, low ceiling and tight corners. I was glad I had a small car, because there's no way you can park your SUV in there.

Good value for the money, especially compared to other prices in the area. Restaurants, grocery store and shops in close walking distance. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

In room there is only 1 row of curtains, so complete dark or you are visible to outside. Windows not sealed properly, there was a little wind from outside that cause a slight cold in the room and a lot of noise came in from outside as there is a big road close to the hotel. Lower water pressure in the shower, I rather did a short showers.

I got better room than I thought 🙂. Very spacious, good TV, comfy bed, solid kitchen equipment, provided shower gel & shampoo. Generally 40min ride to the city centre, using public transport.

The price is very competitive. The staff her name Bouchra is very nice and professional. She always has a lovely smile. On the check day she offered me showers as the room is not read. She gave me a lot of local information .

It is easy reachable by public transport. The self contained unit with kitchen facilities.

Boulangerie close by for coffee and delicious breakfast. Room clean, basic clean kitchen covered needs for our 1 week stay. 10min walk to metro, good connection to the main attractions. Very good value for money.

At my arrival, the bathroom was humid and smelly. It can be noisy, sometimes I could hear water running as if other people was taking a shower. It can be difficult to find if you walk towards the hotel from a certain street. It is far from the center but it is a convenient place for long stays.

I liked that it was spacious, the bathroom was so big that even without curtains it was not a complete mess. Everything was pretty clean and the kitchenette had the minimum necessary for my stay. The room temperature was ok and the bed was comfortable enough

The staff was accommodating, pleasant and friendly. the apartment size was nice with all the necessary facilities and utilities, the cleanliness was very good and the breakfast was good value and tasty the location is quiet and a 4 minute walk to the metro into the city and nearby a lovely forest.

A little way out, hence the cheaper price, but easy to get to and easy to find. Staff on reception very helpful, room was simple but clean and shower nice and hot.

It is a bit expensive to wash and dry clothes. The property is also outside of Paris city centre, so remember to keep that in mind for daily travel expenses to and from the city centre.

We had a large room with a kitchen, bathroom and closet space. Enough space for our bags and to move comfortably.

Nice neighborhood, safe, a bit far from center but the property is between 2 metro stations, each about 10min walking distance, supermarket and boulangery 2 min away. Big room, nice beds, very friendly staff. We had a problem with door of the room (malfunctioning) but the manager and the staff responded immediately and gave a a new room. Really professional attitude.

It would be better if the shower tap contains a tap. AC works to throw hot air into the room but not cool air. We set the temperature to 20 degrees and set the fan speed high but I don't feel cool air comes out of the AC.

24 hours reception. Around 700 meters away there is a metro station which comes in the zone 2 and direct connection to the city center. On the way to the metro station there are a couple of Indian grocery stores and those are open until late evening( I saw the store still open around 10:30 PM). Just beside the hotel, there is a meat shop. Rooms are clean.

A smart TV would have been better instead of cable TV with French channels only; Not all visitors speaks or understand french. Proper cleaning of the microwave and other kitchen utensils should be prioritized before guest checked in. The body wash can was empty, a replacement could have been provided before the guest checked in.

The location is close to everything you need such as shops and train to the city center. The staff are also friendly.
