We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was big enough and quite useful. There is small kitchenette which has ceramic hob, kettle and fridge. We stayed 3 days and used it once for breakfast and once for dinner, it has enough kitchen equipments as well. Across to the hotel, there is a big supermarket and also some bakery shops, so there are available options. Also, metro station from hotel was 4 mins away by walking. We came by car to the hotel and used the underground garage and then used the metro for reaching the city center. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

United StatesOur bathroom had a moisture issue and the initial smell was the first indicator. I'm not sure if it was an issue with drain or the style of shower door. It was minor since we were often out exploring the city. There was one day where we had left the door tag for changing the sheets and towels and t wasn't done. So we just made sure to ask the front desk to ensure it was taken care of the next day and it was.
The room was very spacious and bright. It workee very well for our family. I liked that we had the option to cook even though we didn't take advantage of it. The staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. Joanna gave us the best first impression and made my kids and I feel at ease upon our arrival. It was easy to use public transportation. The breakfast option was also convenient to use.

LuxembourgRooms are big but space is underutilized. There could definitely have been other furniture pieces besides the bed and a tiny coffee table that would adequately take up the space and provide more of a studio experience rather than a hotel room with a mini-kitchen.
Clean, comfortable and with decent breakfast. Joana was incredibly nice and accommodating and made the experience easier. Supermarket right next door is incredibly convenient.

Close the the metro to get into central Paris or Stade de France. Breakfast available if needed plus 2 supermarkets next to the apart hotel. Secure underground Parking available with enough space. Long balcony with a view of the sacred coeur in the distance. Great staff from check in to check out. Room large enough for double bed and travel cot. Loads of closet space throughout the apartment.

The space of the apartment is spacious for the adults, and the location is so near to the Metro and the green system of having the water filter in the breakfast hall is amazing. The staff is super friendly and lovely, especially Jacko( he surprised me with an upgraded room ) & a welcome note with some sweats.
