There was only options for food 8-10am, 12-2 and 7-10pm. A small bar for the pool during the other hours may be a good idea. The gym is basic but functional, the cable machine could use an upgrade but it is still functional

Few restaurants are opened in the area if you are there outside season. Kitchen is pretty nominal in a hotel, no hood, small fridge, badly equipped. Wi-Fi speed is not the best for online meeting. A lot of mosquitoes and no net on the windows.

Pool, huge parking, 5 min walk to the sea side, possibility to order breakfast and restaurant in the main building. Nice territory.

Although the beach is close, there are no bars or restaurants there. Nearest restaurants are at a 10 minutes walk. The location of the hotel requires one to have a car to go to the center of Cap d'Agde. The breakfast is rather pricey at €14.50.

Modern, light hotel. Close to the beach, 3 minute walk. Very friendly staff, spacious private open air parking. We arrived early, but got the keys to our room without any problems raised.

We have used Odalys for a few years now . First time back since COVID and it was clear that staff has been cut and never replenished to fill staff . The hotel was full and we could see that room cleaning has deteriorated. Rooms are not cleaned if you don’t request before 12 - and rooms are not cleaned properly when they do clean. Curtains not washed - walls full of spider webs , often toilet and bath was. It cleaned properly. Before dives use to be washed - no longer happens. We told management. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay thank you .

There are no toiletries supplied which I would expect in a 4 * hotel.

The hotel was spotless. The apt.was very clean The bedroom was small - it had a t.v and table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette consisted of 2 hobs .Good size fridge.Sink. Delph and cutlery for 2 people. This was handy for a breakfast and light lunch . The bathroom was very big. The bed is very comfortable There is a verandah with table and chairs. Marie in Reception is a real asset to the hotel.she greets you with a smile and is most helpful with any query you have. She gave us bus timetables and booked taxis. The night porters were always pleasant and most helpful. I had a very early departure and the night porter on Monday morning offered me coffee. He also helped put my bags in a taxi. I thanked him and he replied "this is my job" There is a bus stop to Agde outside the hotel. This brings you to town and the train station.its 1Euro.Bus no 3. There is a Spar and bakery nearby. There are beaches within 3 minutes from hotel. The pool is large with plenty sun loungers. Bar staff are friendly and courteous

The restaurant was only open for a few hours some days and prices were on the high side.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything needed for self catering. The beautiful beach was close as were the supermarket, boulangerie and butcher. The pool area was lovely and clean and equipped with lots of sun loungers. Supervisors kept watch over the pool area.

The fridge in the room was not very powerful. Overall the equipment (kitchenette and bathroom) feels a little bit out of date for a "Prestige" hotel.

Staff was very friendly, helped us with our leisure time activities and we were lucky to have a corner room with a big balcony that we enjoyed very much. Bed was comfy and it was clean.
