Very clean and coazy hotel. Location was good, close to everything but in much more reasonable part of time (i mean prices) Alot of bars and restaurants around hotel.

The ventilation of the room and the bathroom could be improved (not that is absent, but I like to feel it) and the elevator could move a little faster (not sure this is something bad during a vacation...). Coffee should be available BEFORE breakfast for those who wake up early. At 5:30 the hotel should have coffee available for those who bookes breakfast or those who are ready to pay for a cup. It can increase revenue... This is a must.

Breakfast was quite ok. I was missing the fruits and maybe some nuts, but other than that it was great. The room was more than enough for 2 people and everything was functional. The kettle and the tea were one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. There is an air heater in the bathroom and that's absolutely amazing.

Location was perfect. We loved the restaurants and bars with street side dining and the market on Saturday. The subway was just a minute walk away too.

I stayed in a room at 1st floor with bathtub, and there's window seems a bit dangerous for kids-there was not safe fence-

When I arrived in hotel, room was ready(even I got there 5 hours earlier than the plan), and staff informed check-in very kindly, so I could have a very good rest instead of wandering the street under the rain.

I don't have a specific detail to comment. You just expect more for a 180 euro/day hotel.

The room itself was really pleasant and quite modern. The breakfast area has a fancy vibe and I liked it.

The location is the best. I have stayed here a few times. Walkable and close to many metro lines. Great area for food too. The receptionist Daisy was so sweet and helpful!

It was poorly cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in the room. We left a sign every day and it was cleaned. Thank you very much for that.The room was quite cool and the balcony was blowing very hard at night and we were freezing a bit, but only two days before departure we saw that there was a heater in the cupboard. And started to switch it on and it was much warmer.

Very pleasant hotel staff, always with a smile always with kindness with you communicated. Very fast check-in with no additional questions it is very convenient and pleasant. We lived on the sixth floor and the view was amazing.

It’s a busy neighborhood which I like but when opening the window, noise at night pretty loud. I didn’t even mind it so much.

It was clean with friendly staff, easily reached by Metro and not far from la Gare de Montparnasse. Restaurants and cafes all around.

The room, especially the bathroom, could use refurbishment. Although everything was functional and clean, it would be nice if everything were a bit more modern. The room was pretty small, however that's a standard in Paris.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice! The breakfast had a small but amazing selection of foods and our room was cleaned every day. Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, the metro stations are 2-5 mins on foot. The internet worked just fine all the time!
