Everything in a good location nice and cozy flat shops restaurants on Main Street good connection to Chamonix and other places also host is a great personality highly recommended to anyone who wants to rent a property for a stay

Modern, well equiped, with all necesary (washing mashine, dishwash, etc.). ~500 m from lift. Parking. Lots of info and guidelines from host. Nice appartment overall.

Difficult to get fresh air in and circulating as a ground floor flat with a road outside.

No good restaurants in La Praz. The hotel next door's food was disappointing to say the least. Come on: we're in France!

The apartment is walking distance to Flegere, which is an awesome mountain. The apartment had plenty of common space and a well stocked kitchen. The Epicerie is a block away.

Beware that in October it is the low season: some restaurants and shops will be closed and a lot of cable cars have maintenance breaks until November. This limits options for hiking and other activities. Naturally those thing don’t reflect badly on this great apartment. The only things we might want differently there is a slightly more stable wifi connection and perhaps a new (thicker) matress in the master bedroom.

It is ground floor so you need to remember to close curtain!

This is a glorious 2 bedroom apartment in La Praz which is 5 mins down the road from Chamonix. The apartment is newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything that we needed (from bottle opener to olive oil). Having Netflix and Amazon açai Le on the TV is also a nice touch so we had a family Movie night. Cannot recommend highly enough

The frequency of public transport is every 30 mins, hence every trip to Chamonix centre has to be pre-planned. Although the apartment is newly renovated, sometimes water from the shower filled in the bathroom. There was lack of cross ventilation, which led to the rooms getting a bit warm on the sunny day. We used fan/opened windows which partially mitigated this.

Equipped with all required facilities for a short stay including kitchen and amazon/netflix on TV. The apartment is well connected with 2 bus lines from the neighbourhood. Its a pretty quiet area, and also has cafes and stores at a short distance. Paul was very responsive over chat.

Everything. The location, The facilities: everything you need including washing/drying machine. There is a bus to the center just in front of the appartment and private parking. Paul, the owner was very nice, helpful and answered all our questions in no time. Best place for families of 2+2.

The shower overflowed quite a bit so the bathroom floor flooded a bit , mopped up by towels .. not a massive issue but meant the towels got soaked ..overall though a great location and lovely apartment

The property was well maintained and reflected the pictures. The front door fob was not working but the communication with the owner Paul was good so we knew what to do .. very clean and nice accommodation and Paul was very helpful .

One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window.

Thoughtfully designed and newly renovated apartment. Ground floor. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom and hooks for hanging things. Quiet area, gorgeous view of the mountains and a bus stop right nearby to get to Chamonix.

The location and property were amazing. I would absolutely stay there again and the walk to Chamonix was perfect. Everything was really great. Loved the location - away from the busy town but had a cute cafe and a market near.

Front doors to the building were a little hard to open. The bathroom is right next to the main living area and the door does not offer good soundproofing.

Everything was very good. The only thing that could be better is the bathroom. Despite the nice design, the shower area somehow is not very waterproof as the water from the shower can easily leak out and flood the dry area.

Perfect location with the view of Mont Blanc from apartment’s window. Host was super nice and is very responsive. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are clean and well designed.

Paul's place is absolutely perfect - could not have added anything. Great communication with Paul, everything needed on arrival, a welcome oasis from some winter bluster outside. Newly remodeled apartment, with everything thoughtfully designed - beds, kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom. Exceptional - everything. Great location, with everything needed within a block or two (ski rentals, great restaurants, small grocery), and a short hop into the busy downtown. We preferred the local amenities as they were superior and authentic. Great stay, hope to return!

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The host - Paul - was extremely responsive, provided us with very clear guidelines and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and was absolutely spotless. We do not like to stay in the center of everything, deal with rowdy crowds etc - this apartment is a great option to be a bit away from Chamonix Center, yet you still have excellent access to Chamonix, the slopes, stores and restaurants by bus (bus stop to Chamonix is 1 walking minute from the apartment) or by walking: ca. 20 mins to Chamonix, Les Praz gondola, small market and good restaurants in walking distance. While the apartment is on the ground floor, with the living room facing the street, it is not such a busy street, and one is able to cover the windows adequately as desired; windows are rather soundproof For a couple or a family / group of three to four people, this is an option we would highly recommend.
