The first room we were given was so small we were unpleasantly shocked. The next day we were moved to an excellent suite, but we would not have gotten it without complaining.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a personalized welcome note in the room which I really appreciated. The room decor was charming and cozy. Despite being on a busy street it was quiet and peaceful. The beds and linen were of high quality. I also appreciated the mini bar offerings. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future outings as I live in the area.

The balcony was tiny, looking into an overgrown court years with zero privacy between balconies. It was very expensive for what it was.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improving.

The location was very good - right on the edge of the old town and near to a metro stop (lots of restaurants nearby, a small well-stocked Carrefour and an excellent bakery). The trip back to the airport was easy too with luggage storage not a problem at the hotel after we had checked out. The bed was so comfortable and we had 2 good pillows each. It was great to be able to make tea in the room and prepare some food (especially as I am vegan and finding good options in the restaurants wasn't easy). We also enjoyed sitting on our small terrace with our homemade breakfast (facing inwards to a courtyard). The staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, we felt that they genuinely wanted us to help us enjoy our stay there.

Breakfast at the brasserie next door was very good. We ate there often as the food was good and friendly staff and neighborhood feeling. Staff at AMMI was great and room very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also exceptionally comfortable. Great location to explore and go to the beach at the end of everyday for a swim.

If guests are using the balcony area off of the lobby, it can be a bit noisy in Room #1. And the stairs are intimidating for older folk...

Beautiful location. Right at the old city but the rooms are still quiet. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the showers nice and hot. We could not have asked a more pleasant stay.

We were staying in room number 5, on the first floor, right above a bar where the clients were talking to late in the night, and starting early in the morning. One could hear the talking but for one night stay it was not a huge problem.

Great location in the edge of the old town, easy to walk everywhere. Very well furnished, completely new bathroom, extremely smooth and kind check-in and reception.

The balcony is a nice addition but it just looks over a "courtyard"- nothing fancy- just good info to have. The property is on the high side for price. And just to know, the desk is not staffed- but you can reach them anytime- just good info to have. Very easy to get to airport.

The location is great if you want to be near Old Nice. Easy to locate trams and get to train stations. The room is good size and fairly clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The main door is locked and the area is very safe. The bed is comfy and the sofa bed was decent. All you had to do was ask for more towels if needed. Tons of great resturants close by!
